职位介绍：

协助落地商业渠道相关工作计划，配合团队完成业务指标。熟练运用岗位专业能力开展商业渠道基础开拓与维护，了解市场需求与渠道特点，配合上级落地销售动作，助力完成 B 端「迪士尼企妙乐享」礼品卡及其他 B 端产品销售指标，稳步提升品牌渠道渗透率。

主要职责：

·       配合开展市场信息收集、行业动态及渠道机会整理，完成基础市场数据汇总与简易分析，输出常规报表，为渠道决策提供基础参考；

·       协助推进渠道拓展工作，挖掘商超、企业团购、电商平台等合作资源，协助搭建、维护礼品卡渠道合作网络；

·       配合完成渠道产品上架、基础营销推广落地、线上活动执行等辅助工作；

·       协助推进企业团体票项目日常对接与落地执行，保障合作服务品质，助力达成销售目标；

·       常态化对接维护现有渠道合作方，同步销售、库存及客户反馈信息，协调处理日常合作问题，维系良好合作关系；

·       联动公司市场、产品、技术等内部部门，跟进渠道销售所需日常协同与支持工作；

·       参与市场需求整理与信息调研，结合品牌理念，配合团队完成产品方案基础梳理；

·       负责商业渠道团队日常事务、流程操作、资料整理等基础工作。

Job Summary:

You will support the implementation of work plans related to commercial channels and assist the team in achieving business objectives. Proficiently apply professional skills to conduct basic development and maintenance of commercial channels, understand market needs and channel characteristics, support supervisors in executing sales activities, help achieve sales targets for B2B “Disney Corporate Magic Enjoyment” gift cards and other B2B products, and steadily improve brand channel penetration.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Support market information collection, sort out industry trends and channel opportunities, complete basic market data summary and simple analysis, generate regular reports, and provide basic references for channel decision-making.

·       Assist in channel development, explore cooperation resources such as supermarkets, corporate group purchasing platforms and e-commerce platforms, and help build and maintain the gift card channel network.

·       Support product listing on sales channels, basic marketing promotion implementation, online campaign execution and other auxiliary work.

·       Assist in daily coordination and implementation of corporate group ticket projects, ensure service quality, and help achieve sales targets.

·       Maintain regular communication with existing channel partners, update sales, inventory and customer feedback, coordinate and resolve daily cooperation issues, and maintain good partnership.

·       Cooperate with internal departments including Marketing, Product, Technology and other teams to follow up on daily coordination and support required for channel sales.

·       Participate in market demand collection and research, integrate with brand philosophy, and support the team in basic product plan sorting.

·       Be responsible for daily affairs, process operation, document sorting and other basic work of the commercial channel team.

·       了解本地及区域企业商务市场基本情况，具备基础业务认知与商务沟通意识；

·       具备良好团队协作意识，擅长跨部门日常沟通，愿意配合团队分工协作；

·       具备良好沟通表达、对接协调能力，基础商务洽谈与事务推进能力；

·       执行力强，能按时完成分配工作任务，可独立处理常规业务问题；

·       性格积极开朗，主动踏实，有良好自我管理能力；

·       具备岗位抗压性，目标感强，做事细致严谨；

·       具备基础文书审美与细节意识；

·       本科及以上学历优先；

·       具备基础英文读写能力优先；

·       熟练使用 Office 办公套件，会基础系统操作者优先。

Desired Qualifications:

·       3 years or above experience in sales or channel coordination in retail, cultural tourism, theme park or gift-related industry; experience in C-end channel development or B-end corporate client coordination is preferred.

·       Understand the basic situation of local and regional corporate business market, with basic business knowledge and business communication awareness.

·       Good team work spirit, proficient in daily cross-departmental communication, willing to cooperate with team division and collaboration.

·       Good communication, coordination and basic business negotiation and task promotion skills.

·       Strong execution ability, able to complete assigned tasks on time and independently handle routine business issues.

·       Positive and outgoing personality, proactive, reliable and with good self-management ability. Able to work under pressure, goal-oriented, careful and rigorous.

·       Basic document aesthetics and attention to detail.

·       Bachelor’s degree or above is preferred.

·       Basic English reading and writing skills is preferred.

·       Proficient in MS Office; familiar with basic business systems is preferred.
