· 深入研究行业趋势、企业活动需求及客户决策链路，制定有针对性的客户拓展计划。

· 通过顾问式销售理解客户目标，整合度假区资源，提出具有吸引力且可执行的MICE解决方案。

· 对销售漏斗进行端到端管理，包括客户接触、需求识别、方案沟通、商务谈判、转化及后续关系维护。

· 运用数据和客户洞察管理优先级、跟踪业务进展，并持续优化客户拓展和互动方式。

· 与内部相关团队紧密协作，确保客户方案、服务品质、运营可行性及公司政策保持一致。

Job Summary

As Senior Specialist, MICE, you will focus on new business development among corporate clients in the High-Tech and Artificial Intelligence sectors, helping diversify and strengthen the MICE customer portfolio. You will develop a deep understanding of the industry ecosystem, corporate needs and decision-making processes, build effective connections with target clients and industry partners, and convert opportunities into sustainable client relationships and business results.

We are looking for someone who can bring relevant industry knowledge, market connections and new ways of engaging clients. An established network of corporate contacts, business resources or ecosystem partners in High-Tech and Artificial Intelligence will be a strong advantage in accelerating market development and creating impact.

Key Responsibilities

· Identify, develop and convert high-potential corporate clients in the High-Tech and Artificial Intelligence sectors.

· Translate industry trends, corporate event needs and decision-making dynamics into focused account development plans.

· Build long-term relationships with corporate decision-makers, industry organizations and ecosystem partners to expand quality business opportunities.

· Use consultative selling to understand client objectives and develop compelling, executable MICE solutions by mobilizing relevant Resort resources.

· Manage the full sales funnel, from prospecting and needs discovery through proposal, negotiation, conversion and ongoing relationship management.

· Use data and client insight to prioritize accounts, track progress and continuously improve engagement and business development approaches.

· Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure client solutions meet service, operational, commercial and compliance requirements.

Desired Qualifications

· 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, key account management or a related commercial field, with a strong record of winning new clients.

· Experience in High-Tech, Artificial Intelligence, internet, advanced manufacturing or related sectors; an established industry network or client resources is highly preferred.

· Strong industry curiosity and learning agility, with the ability to understand the business models, organizational dynamics and event needs of emerging technology companies.

· Excellent consultative selling, negotiation and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at different levels.

· Results-oriented, proactive and resilient, with the ability to build relationships from the ground up and sustain momentum through longer sales cycles.

· Strong business judgment, analytical thinking and project management, with the ability to manage multiple clients and complex opportunities.

· An innovative mindset and the ability to introduce new industry perspectives, client engagement methods and business development approaches.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin and English; Bachelor’s degree or above; proficiency in Microsoft Office.
