职位介绍:
本岗位核心负责园艺部各类园艺设备的日常维修保养,统筹备品备件库存及仓库全流程管理,对接内外部
设备使用团队、部门经理及供应商,跟进设备维修、库存管控、故障设备送修等全流程工作,保障各项运
维事宜与园艺作业需求高效适配、无缝衔接。同时本身需熟练掌握各类园艺及草坪养护设备的日常使用。
工作内容:
· 负责园艺设备日常故障排查、维修、定期检修及基础保养,制定设备维保与备品备件储备计划,
建立完善设备档案,记录维修、保养及备件消耗情况。
· 草坪修剪、疏草打孔等养护作业期间,提供现场技术支持,快速处置设备突发故障、更换易损
件,保障作业不间断;根据草坪修剪效果精准调整剪草设备刀片高度及作业参数,确保养护质量
达标。
· 参与仓库全流程管理,对设备零部件、维修材料及备品备件分区存放并建立精准台账,定期盘点
确保账实一致;结合维修需求与消耗规律优化库存水平,及时申购补充物资;定期向直接经理汇
报库存状态、消耗情况及采购需求,同步提交设备维修成本与库存优化建议。
· 承担内部培训及仓库工具物资管理职责,监督规范物资领取归还流程;复盘设备常见使用错误与
故障类型,开展设备作业安全、操作规范、油料使用、及基础故障判断培训,降低人为操作故
障,提升团队维修技能与应急处置能力。
· 汇总设备维修频率、备件消耗及仓库储备需求,定期向直接经理全面汇报,针对设备更新、维保优化、库存调整等方面提出合理化建议;对接内部设备使用部门,收集反馈并优化维保计划,保障园艺作业开展。 ·

结构优化能力,可规范管理设备零部件及耗材。
· 具备清晰的表达与实操培训能力,能针对性开展内部设备使用培训;善于梳理工作数据,可精
准、及时向管理层汇报设备、备件及工作进展,为决策提供有效支撑。
· 具备快速适配新型园艺机械及智能设备的能力,主动学习行业先进维保技术与物资管理理念,并
应用于实际工作,提升运维及仓库管理效率。
· 能适应长时间户外恶劣天气作业。
· 拥有 5 年以上专职园艺工具设备维修经验,具备高尔夫球场设备维修经验者优先。
· 持有 C1 及以上驾照优先。
· 具备登高车、插装车等大型设备操作证书及实操经验者优先。
· 能接受一周七天的灵活工作安排,并且能接受不同的班次,包括晚上,周末和节假日。
· 具备标准流利的普通话沟通能力和良好的中文书面表达能力。

Facilities and Operations Services or Horticulture, you will have the opportunity to exercise your skills. You
will collaborate with dedicated Cast Members, exchanging ideas and learning from one another as you work
together to bring the magic to life.
Job Summary:
This role is primarily responsible for the daily maintenance and repair of all horticultural equipment in the
Horticulture Department, as well as the overall management of spare parts inventory and the full-process
warehouse operations. It involves coordinating with internal and external equipment user teams,
department managers and suppliers, following up on the entire process of equipment repair, inventory
control and off-site repair of faulty equipment, to ensure the efficient alignment and seamless connection of
all operation and maintenance work with the horticultural operation requirements. In addition, the
incumbent must be proficient in the daily operation of various horticultural and turf maintenance
equipment.
What You’ll Do:
· Strictly comply with the SHDR FOS-EAH PPE Matrix Illustrator of Shanghai Disney Resort's
Environment Affair & Horticulture and wear personal protective equipment in accordance with
regulations.
· Be responsible for the daily troubleshooting, repair, regular inspection and basic maintenance of
horticultural equipment; formulate equipment maintenance and spare parts stock plans, establish a
sound equipment archive, and record equipment repair, maintenance and spare parts consumption.
· Provide on-site technical support during turf maintenance operations such as mowing, verticutting
and aeration; promptly handle sudden equipment failures and replace wearing parts to ensure
uninterrupted operations; accurately adjust the blade height and operating parameters of mowing
equipment according to turf mowing effects to meet maintenance quality standards.
· Participate in the full-process warehouse management; store equipment parts, repair materials and
spare parts in classified areas and establish accurate accounting records; conduct regular inventory
checks to ensure consistency between physical inventory and accounting records; optimize inventory
levels based on maintenance demands and consumption rules, and initiate timely procurement for
material replenishment; regularly report inventory status, consumption and procurement
requirements to the direct manager, and submit suggestions on equipment repair cost control and inventory optimization simultaneously. · Undertake the responsibilities of internal training and the management of tools and materials in the warehouse, and supervise the standardized implementation of the material collection and return process; conduct a review of common operational errors and fault types of equipment, deliver training on equipment operation safety, operating specifications, fuel usage and basic fault diagnosis, so as to reduce human-caused operational faults and improve the team’s maintenance skills and emergency response capabilities. · Compile data on equipment repair frequency, spare parts consumption and warehouse stock requirements, and submit a comprehensive regular report to the direct manager; put forward rational suggestions on equipment renewal, maintenance optimization and inventory adjustment; coordinate with internal equipment user departments, collect feedback and optimize maintenance plans to support the smooth progress of horticultural operations.
What To Bring:
· Strictly abide by safety codes of conduct, follow the principle of Safety First throughout all
operations, and report any safety issues or hazards to the line manager immediately upon discovery.
· Master the working principles of various horticultural equipment, possess solid capabilities in fault
diagnosis and repair of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems; be able to independently
complete daily equipment maintenance and emergency disposal, proficiently use professional repair
tools, and be familiar with the off-site equipment repair process and quality control key points.
· Be proficient in the daily operation of various horticultural tools and turf maintenance equipment,
such as ride-on reel mowers, topdressers, aerators, etc.
· Master the specifications of warehouse material classification, inventory counting and inbound &
outbound operations; be proficient in using Excel to establish accounting records, possess the ability
of inventory data analysis and structure optimization, and be able to standardize the management of
equipment parts and consumables.
· Have clear communication skills and practical training capabilities, and be able to deliver targeted
internal training on equipment operation; be good at sorting out work data, and able to accurately
and timely report equipment, spare parts and work progress to the management level to provide
effective support for decision-making.
· Possess the ability to quickly adapt to new types of horticultural machinery and intelligent
equipment; proactively learn advanced industry maintenance technologies and material
management concepts, and apply them to practical work to improve the efficiency of operation,
maintenance and warehouse management.
· Be willing to work on a three-shift rotation system (morning, midday and night shifts) and accept
weekend schedule adjustments.
· Be able to work outdoors for long hours under adverse weather conditions.
· Have more than 5 years of full-time experience in horticultural tool and equipment repair; experience in golf course equipment repair is preferred. · Possess a C1 driving license or higher is preferred. · Hold operation certificates and have practical experience in large-scale equipment such as aerial work platforms and skid steer loaders is preferred.
· Full availability for any dates in a week and any shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
· Possess standard and fluent Mandarin communication skills and excellent Chinese written expression abilities.
