工作内容:

·      制定并维护部件维修、翻修以及备件生产的短期和长期计划。

·      与运营团队(Operations)及游乐设施工程服务团队(Attraction Engineering Services)协调游乐设备,部件的进场与放行时间安排。

·      为每一次维修任务计划所需的人力、工具、材料和设施资源。

·      通过审查安全警示(Safety Alerts)、工程指令(Engineering Orders)和技术通告(TVs),支持服务经理(Service Manager)检查作业流程。

·      根据已批准的维修计划及相关法规要求,准备并发布维修工作包(Maintenance Work Packages)。

·      确保工单(Job Cards)、任务卡(Task Cards)和工程指令完整、准确且保持最新状态。

·      在审计或检查中发现问题时进行跟踪,并相应更新维修工作包。

·      监控维修任务的执行进度,确保按计划推进并尽量减少延误。

·      实时汇报维修状态、物料短缺情况以及关键路径项目。

·      确保计划与维修活动符合公司政策及当地政府法规要求。

·      维护准确的维修记录,并确保在计划系统中及时更新。

·      在审计和监管检查过程中提供必要的文件支持。

·      分析维修计划流程,识别提升效率和降低成本的机会。

·      在维修计划、需求预测和资源利用方面提供最佳方案。

·      与仓库及采购团队协调,确保备件、消耗品和工具的及时供应。

·      根据维修计划和历史使用数据预测物料需求。

·      优化仓储管理、物料发放和退料流程,提高效率并控制成本。

·      支持数字化库存及计划系统的实施(如 Oracle eAM、SAP PM、IBM Maximo或类似系统)。

·      工业维修、工程、供应链或相关专业大专及以上学历。

·      3–5 年维修计划、生产计划或仓储/物料管理经验(MRO、航空或重工业背景优先)。

·      熟悉设备维修计划、合规要求及相关法规。

·      了解维修计划软件(如 AMOS、SAP PM、Maximo)。

·      具备优秀的组织能力和沟通能力,能够同时管理多项任务。

·      熟练使用 Microsoft Office(Excel、PowerPoint)及数据库/报表工具。

·      具备较强的数据分析能力和对细节的关注。

·      能够与工程、运营及供应链团队进行跨部门协作。

·      可根据管理要求接受所有班次工作(早班、中班、夜班),以及周末和节假日值班。


Job Summary:

The Maintenance Planning Specialist is responsible for developing, coordinating, and controlling all maintenance planning activities related to maintenance repair, overhauls and spare parts productions. This role ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, efficient resource allocation, and on-time delivery of ride vehicle, spare parts and paint services, while supporting cost optimization and operational excellence. This role also oversees material/warehouse planning to align spare parts and tools availability with scheduled maintenance activities, ensuring compliance, cost efficiency, and operational reliability.

 

Key Responsibilities:

·      Develop and maintain short-term and long-term plans for maintenance repair, overhauls and spare parts productions.

·      Coordinate ride vehicles induction and release schedules with Operations and Attraction Engineering Services.

·      Plan manpower, tooling, materials, and facilities required for each maintenance event.

·      Support Service Manager check working procedures by reviewing safety alerts, engineering orders and TVs.

·      Prepare and issue maintenance work packages in accordance with approved maintenance programs and regulatory requirements.

·      Ensure job cards, task cards, and engineering instructions are complete, accurate, and up to date.

·      Track additional findings during audits and update packages accordingly.

·      Monitor progress of maintenance tasks, ensuring adherence to schedules and minimizing delays.

·      Provide real-time reporting of maintenance status, material shortages, and critical path items.

·      Ensure planning and maintenance activities comply with company policy and local government requirements.

·      Maintain accurate maintenance records and ensure timely update in the planning systems.

·      Support audits and regulatory reviews by providing necessary documentation.

·      Analyze maintenance planning processes to identify opportunities for efficiency and cost reduction.

·      Implement best practices in maintenance planning, forecasting, and resource utilization.

·      Coordinate with warehouse and procurement teams to ensure timely availability of spare parts, consumables, and tools.

·      Forecast material demand based on maintenance schedules and historical usage trends.

·      Monitor stock levels, shelf life, and critical spares to prevent shortages or overstocking.

·      Optimize warehouse storage, material issuance, and return processes to improve efficiency and cost control.

·      Support implementation of digital inventory and planning systems (e.g., AMOS, SAP, Maximo, or equivalent).

 

Desired Qualifications:

·      College’s degree in Industrial Maintenance, Engineering, Supply Chain or related field.

·      Minimum 3–5 years of experience in maintenance planning, production planning, or warehouse/materials management (preferably in MRO, aviation, or heavy industry).

·      Strong knowledge of equipment maintenance programs, compliance, and regulatory requirements.

·      Knowledge of maintenance planning software (e.g., Oracle eAM、SAP PM、IBM Maximo).

·      Excellent organizational and communication skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.

·      Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and database/reporting tools.

·      Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

·      Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and supply chain teams.

·      Available to work all shifts (i.e., 1st , 2nd ,and 3rd shift), weekends and holidays as required by management.
