职位介绍:
您可能会从事以下的岗位之一:
主管,行李服务:
监管运送从客房、乐园主入口行李寄存处或其他区域抵店及离店的行李;管理行李员和行李运输员的每日工作流程,在有需要的情况下进行调整以便减少游客的等待时间。
主管,欢迎中心:
监管及协助抵店和离店住客及其各种车辆;管理迎宾员和泊车员的每日工作流程,在有需要的情况下进行调整以便减少游客的等待时间。
工作内容:
· 欢迎游客并主动提供协助
· 同时帮助多位游客
· 确保出勤及执行请假制度
· 了解并提供度假区的信息和活动
· 对酒店、乐园设施、功能及地理位置等有充分的认识
· 提供礼貌且有效的反馈意见
· 能主动沟通及分享信息
· 在日常运营中提供卓越的宾客服务,为演职人员树立榜样
· 完成上级布置的额外工作
此外,基于业务的需求和演职人员的资质,演职人员会不定时地支持如下职责:
· 在各区域协助客流管控
· 为游客提供方位指引、问询解答、乐园信息等相关的帮助
· 确保工作区域的干净和整洁
· 协助其他工作(包括但不限于车道迎宾,行李搬运等)
· 确保上海迪士尼度假区的整洁并及时清理地面垃圾
在其他相关部门POS机相关的工作(* 此仅适用于和POS相关的工作岗位)

· 能够熟练操作电脑并持有有效驾照C1者优先。
· 工作中需长时间站立

· 具备流利的英文读写及听说能力,能使用英文操作系统,及与使用英语的游客沟通
· 具备标准流利的普通话沟通能力和良好的中文书面表达能力
· 能接受一周七天的灵活工作安排,并且能接受不同的班次,包括晚上,周末和节假日

Job Summary:
Your responsibilities may include one of the following:
Lead, Bell Services:
Oversee and assist with transporting all luggage to and from guest rooms and Main Entrance Luggage Storage. Manage all Bell/Luggage Transportation cast members regarding daily operational flow and making adjustments necessary to provide minimal Guest wait times.
Lead, Welcome Center:
Oversee and assist all Guests arriving and departing with all types of vehicles. Manage all Welcome Center/Greeter/Valet cast members regarding daily operational flow and making adjustments necessary to provide minimal Guest wait times.
What You’ll Do:
· Greet and approach Guests to offer assistance
· Help multiple Guests
· Meet attendance and scheduling availability guidelines, adhere to leave application procedures
· Share Resort information & promote synergy
· Be fully knowledgeable about the hotel and park facilities, functions and local area information.
· Ability to provide respectful and impactful feedback as needed
· Ability to share and communicate information
· To provide exemplary service/support to Guests/Cast during daily operation
· Perform additional duties as directed by leaders
Based on business need and Cast Members’ credentials, below tasks will be assigned from time to time.
· Support guest flow in general, including in different locations
· Assist guests with directions, answer questions, provide information and solutions as needed
· Support cleaning work areas and guest areas
· Assist with greeting guests and luggage storage.
· Keep Shanghai Disney Resort clean by picking trash
· Process POS in other LOBs ( * applicable to POS - related jobs only)
What To Bring:
· Ability to perform in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful working environment
· Ability to confidently utilize service recovery methods
· Receptive to special requests
· Supportive of other Cast Members working on your team
· Can complete repetitious tasks while maintaining quality
· Ability to complete paperwork accurately
· Strong computer skills; possession of a Class C1 driver’s license is a plus.
· Frequently stands in one position for up to three hours at a time.
· Multi task and prioritize
· Fluent English skills to operate the English computer system and communicate with guests who speak English
· Possess standard and fluent Mandarin communication skills and excellent Chinese written expression abilities
· Full availability for any dates in a week and any shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays
