As an Integrated Supply Chain Intern, you will support the day-to-day operations of Distribution Center Order Management while contributing to document processing, report preparation, cross-functional communication, and project coordination. You will gain exposure to end-to-end supply chain processes, strengthen business communication and project management skills, and work with systems and tools such as SAP, Oracle, and Power BI.

Job Summary:

Reporting to the Logistics & Trade Compliance Manager, this role supports the day-to-day operations of Distribution Center Order Management, including document processing, report preparation, communication, and cross-functional coordination.

What You’ll Do:

· Support the day-to-day operations of Distribution Center Order Management, including document processing, report preparation, communication, and cross-functional coordination.

· Create and maintain documentation, schedules, and task plans for team members.

· Coordinate project meetings and conference calls and prepare briefing materials for team members prior to meetings.

· Track process activities and project milestones using Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or similar tools.

· Assist in resolving project-related issues in accordance with company policies and procedures.
