工作内容
- 通过电话、线上等方式解答入职疑问，同步完成系统信息录入与邮件发送；
- 通过电话、线上等渠道协助处理入职及在职员工的HR咨询，同步完成系统信息录入与邮件发送，提供专业高效的客户服务。
- 提供入职平台日常应用支持，协助整理平台数据；
- 运用 Photoshop、Canva 等工具制作入职流程图、员工指引地图等；
- 负责宣传文案与活动方案撰写，支持部门活动、员工生日会等策划与执行；
- 主导活动宣传物料、流程汇报材料的可视化制作及配套视频剪辑；
- 负责文件盖章申请，协调跨部门及内部沟通，落实法律文件盖章、存档工作；
- 协助与业务部门交接病假单；
- 协助工伤相关材料的整理与归档；
- 负责审核员工休假申请及记录，确保提交材料完整且符合公司政策。

Job Description
Responsible for supporting the full-cycle HR service system for employees. Focus
on assistance for the onboarding platform, support new employee integration, coordinate the connection of internal transfers, standardize contract renewal and offboarding processes, and balance compliance with employee experience. Continuously conduct demand research, deliver process optimization plans, and contribute to building an efficient and caring HR service ecosystem.
Job Responsibilities
- Answer onboarding inquiries via phone, online channels, etc., and simultaneously complete system information entry and email sending.
- Assist in addressing employee HR inquiries through various channels such as walk-ins, phone calls, or emails. Provide accurate and timely information to employees, maintaining a high level of customer service.
- Provide daily application support for the onboarding platform and assist in organizing platform data.
- Use tools such as Photoshop and Canva to create onboarding flowcharts, employee guide maps, etc.
- Be responsible for writing promotional copy and event plans, and support the planning and execution of departmental activities, employee birthday parties, etc.
- Lead the visual production of event promotional materials and process report materials, as well as supporting video editing.
- Be responsible for document seal applications, coordinate cross-departmental and internal communication, and implement the sealing and archiving of legal documents.
- Assist in the handover of sick leave certificates with business departments.
- Assist in the organization and archiving of work-related injury materials.
- Conduct audits of leave records to ensure the submission of required materials and compliance with company policies. Identify and address potential issues or discrepancies, working collaboratively to find solutions.
Required Qualifications
- College degree or above, with priority given to relevant majors such as Human Resources, Administrative Management, Design, and English.
- Able to commit to 3-4 working days per week for internship and capable of long-term and stable internship.
- Slightly outgoing personality, good at communication and expression, and equipped with good cross-departmental collaboration awareness and service awareness.
- Solid writing skills, outstanding creative expression, and ability to write promotional copy and event plans.
- Proficient in PowerPoint, with PPT design and enhancement skills event planning experience preferred.
- Master basic operations of Photoshop and able to independently complete simple visual material design.
- Fluent in spoken English and able to handle daily work communication scenarios.
- Patient and meticulous, with a strong sense of responsibility, and able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
