本职位将为上海迪士尼度假区销售部提供业务支持，包括但不限于支持企业团体票销售，会议及活动，青少年项目，和商业渠道达到预期业务目标；通过协助团队日常工作，信息收集和整合，报表制定，会议内容准备以实现预期的业务结果。

工作内容：

· 遵守上海迪士尼度假区所有政策和公司规定；

· 支持团队日常工作，包括但不限于做好会议记录，协助销售合同的制定和签署流程，退款流程，客户建档等工作;

· 协助各业务条线做好业务报告的追踪和信息整合；

· 根据实际业务需求，协助收集市场信息，梳理和分析基础数据，提供见解;

· 协助项目管理过程中的特定阶段，配合项目执行；

期望资质：

· 在校大学生或研究生；

· 每周至少能工作5天；

· 精通计算机软件（Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook）；

· 良好的中英双语交流及沟通能力；

· 热情并有很强的学习能力，

· 善于思考，具备解决问题的能力

Intern, Business Solutions

Line of Business: Sales

Location: Pudong, Shanghai, China

Job Summary:

This role will provide business support for the Business Solution & Events team of Shanghai Disney Resort, including but not limited to support corporate group ticket sales, meetings & events, youth programs, and in-market to achieve the desired business target by assisting the team in daily work, information collection and integration, report generation and distribution, and meeting content preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

· Support the team’s daily work, including but not limited to taking meeting minutes, assisting in drafting and signing sales contracts, refunding processes, etc.

· Assist business lines to track business data and information integration;

· Assist in collecting market information, sorting out and analyzing basic data, and providing insights according to actual business needs;

· Assist in specific stages of the project management process and cooperate with project execution;

Desired Qualifications:

· Junior Student or Senior Student;

· Can support 5 working days a week

· Computer literacy (Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook);

· Good communication and negotiation skills in both Chinese and English;

· Passion and strong learning capability;

· Good at thinking and problem solving;
