· 支持会议材料准备、日程协调、内部研讨会及其他临时性事项

· 根据需要，为团队提供日常行政支持

我们希望您：

· 每周至少可实习 3 天

· 研究生或MBA在读，或本科及以上学历

· 具备良好的英语听说读写能力

· 能够实际运用 AI 工具（如 agent 创建）提升工作效率，并将其应用于数据分析、研究及报告撰写

· 熟练使用 PowerPoint 及 Excel 等办公软件

Welcome to the Business Development Team

In this role, you will be close to the Resort’s most critical business decisions. Through rigorous research, analysis and strategic thinking, you will play an active part in evaluating future growth opportunities and shaping key business initiatives. Working closely with internal teams, the Government and joint venture partners, your contributions will help drive meaningful discussions and support the long-term value creation of Shanghai Disney Resort.

What You’ll Do:

· Perform research and analysis to support strategy development and business case evaluation

· Assist to deliver report & analysis to leadership and internal stakeholders; actively contribute to project discussion

· Coordinate with internal partners to gather information and follow up activities

· Support on meeting material preparation, schedule coordination, internal workshops and other ad-hoc follow-ups

· Support team administrative tasks as needed

What To Bring:

· Minimum 3 days per week

· Bachelor’s Degree

· Fluent in English

· Hands-on experience in applying AI tools (e.g. agent creation) to improve efficiency in data analysis, research and report preparation

· Proficiency in PowerPoint and spreadsheets
