与宾客保持互动，解答相关问题，如方向指引，提供活动信息等
递送物品至宾客房间，包括但不仅限于行李/快递包裹/留言/其他物品诸如鲜花、礼品等
在需要时，帮助进行行李柜台的运营，包括繁忙时的电话接听和基本的电脑操作
操作上级布置的额外工作

Job Summary:

As Bell Service Intern, you will deliver amazing guest service. Be proactive with guests to answer questions and be flexible in handling the guest situation. Ensure the safety of amusement rides, theaters and attractions operation to provide a unique Disney experience to our guests.

What You’ll Do:

Keep SAFETY as the priority focus in operating different types of rides and attractions
Assist with Guest crowd control and facilitate the Guest experience at various types of entertainment offerings
Assist Guests and Cast Members with directions, event schedules, and/or information or assistance as needed
Answer Guest questions and assist with queuing
Wisely and properly handle any emergent situations to ensure the safety of guests and cast members
Deal with any guest situation professionally
Perform additional duties as directed by leaders

Basic English reading, writing and listening skills, able to use English to communicate with guests
Ability to perform repetitive tasks
Can work in a very fast-paced environment
Flexible and adaptable (Working at outdoor environment and shifts duty are required)
You shall complete and pass all post-employment trainings and assessments (including but not limited to On-Job-Training)
