职位介绍：

以有害生物综合防治为核心，开展园区病虫草害踏查与防治，守护植物健康及优良游园环境。具备病虫害识别、植保器械运维、药剂选型实操经验，可快速响应各类反馈并安全科学处置。

工作内容：

· 理解并完全遵守安全行为准则，所有作业必须遵守安全第一的原则，工作中发现任何安全问题或隐患风险，第一时间汇报直线经理

· 遵守上海迪士尼度假区环境与园艺部个人防护装备选择表佩戴规定要求的安全防护装备。

· 遵循有害生物综合防治理念，坚持预防优先

· 协助服务经理制定专项工作计划，把控现场工作进度

· 规范使用及维护各类植保器械，排除常见故障并开展简易维修

· PPE、药剂、物料等库存盘点及申购

· 协助园艺经理开展各项试验

· 协助室内虫控供应商合规高效完成各项虫控工作

· 快速响应各类紧急反馈，采用安全科学高效方法妥善处置

· 完成直线经理安排的其他各项工作

我们希望您：

· 3年及以上植保或室内虫控经验

· 熟悉上海地区常见植物病虫草害种类或室内常见虫害

· 具备化学药剂选型与安全使用注意事项的基础认知

· 具备使用各类植保器械的技能和体能

· 与同事沟通交流开展团队协同工作

· 植保相关专业优先

· 持有机动车驾驶证C级

· 具有团队管理工作经验优先

· 植保证书、有害生物防制员证书优先

· 能接受在高温、登高、噪音、化学品接触的环境下作业

· 能接受一周七天的灵活工作安排，并且能接受不同的班次，包括晚上，周末和节假日

· 具备标准流利的普通话沟通能力和良好的中文书面表达能力

Job Summary:

Centered on Integrated Pest Management (IPM), this role involves conducting field surveys and control measures against diseases, pests, and weeds in the park, so as to safeguard plant health and maintain a pleasant recreation environment. The incumbent is required to have practical experience in pest and disease identification, operation and maintenance of plant protection equipment, and pesticide selection, and be capable of responding quickly to various feedback and handling issues in a safe and scientific manner.

What You’ll Do: 

· Fully understand and comply with the safety code of conduct. All operations must adhere to the principle of safety first. Any safety issues or potential hazards identified during work shall be reported to your direct supervisor immediately.

· Wear the required personal protective equipment (PPE) in accordance with the provisions specified in PPE Matrix Illustrator of Environment and Horticulture Department, Shanghai Disney Resort (SHDR FOS-EAH).

· Follow the concept of Integrated Pest Management (IPM) and stick to the principle of prevention first.

· Assist the service manager in formulating special work plans and monitor on-site work progress.

· Operate and maintain all types of plant protection equipment in a standardized way, troubleshoot common faults and conduct simple repairs.

· Conduct inventory checks and purchase applications for PPE, pesticides, materials and other supplies.

· Assist the horticulture manager in carrying out various experiments.

· Assist indoor pest control vendors in completing all pest control work in a compliant and efficient manner.

· Respond quickly to various emergency feedback and handle them properly with safe, scientific and efficient methods.

· Fulfill other tasks assigned by your direct supervisor.

What To Bring:

· At least 3 years of experience in plant protection or indoor pest control.

· Familiarity with common plant diseases, pests and weeds in the Shanghai area or common indoor pests.

· Basic knowledge of chemical pesticide selection and safety precautions for application.

· The technical ability and physical fitness to operate various types of plant protection equipment.

· Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues as part of a team.

· Majors related to plant protection are preferred.

· A valid Class C motor vehicle driving license.

· Experience in team management is a plus.

· Possession of plant protection certificates or pest control technician certificates is a plus.

· Be willing to work on a three-shift rotation system (morning, evening and night shifts) and work on weekends.

· Be able to work in environments involving high temperatures, working at heights, noise exposure and chemical contact.

· Full availability for any dates in a week and any shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays

· Possess standard and fluent Mandarin communication skills and excellent Chinese written expression abilities
