- 熟练使用 BIM 技术、Revit 和 CAD 进行工程设计、文件编制及分析工作。

- 能够监督小型电气工程师和设计师团队,完成中等复杂程度项目全设计阶段的施工文件编制。

Jon Summary:
This position is responsible for managing and preparing electrical engineering design, checking, analysis, and calculations for medium to larger projects with minimal supervision. Report to Engineering Manager.
What You'll Do:
Manage and prepare electrical engineering designs, analyses, and calculations for projects of medium complexity. Responsible to check detail designs and calculations from engineering consultants. Provide technical direction to in-house engineers and designers, and to outside consultants in the production of construction contract documents. Monitor progress of work and ensure that technical quality, interdiscipline coordination and production requirements are met. Develop or assist in developing scopes of work and engineering design estimates. Ensure conformance to department design standards, procedures and specifications. Provide direction to in-house engineers during construction in quality control of working drawings and on-site implementation. Liaise with Authorities on submission approval and statutory inspections. May have Engineer of Record responsibility.
What to Bring:
Professional registration in the field of electrical engineering. Graduate of an accredited school of engineering, with a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering/ Building Services degree. Advanced degree in the field of electrical engineering is desirable. Minimum 10 years of work experience in electrical engineering, with experience in the production and use of contract documents for commercial or industrial projects. Minimum of 3 years managing a team of electrical engineers and designers in the production of contract documents for construction. Experienced in the construction phase with submittal/shop drawing review process and on-site field inspections.
TECHNICAL AND LEADERSHIP SKILLS:
Electrical engineering design and analysis experience in the areas of power and controls. General knowledge of the electrical engineering discipline, including industry practices, construction methods and materials, codes, current technology and the preparation and use of contract documents in all phases of design and construction. Working knowledge of electrical control and low-voltage/telecommunications systems design is desirable. Proficient in the use of BIM technology, Revit and CAD for engineering design, production, and analysis. Ability to work independently with minimum supervision, and to thrive in a highly collaborative, multi-discipline project team environment. Ability to supervise a small team of electrical engineers and designers in the production of construction documents for project of medium complexity through all phases of design. Strong written and oral communication skills, along with good interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skill and the ability to effectively delegate work to subordinates.
