职位介绍:

作为销售计划和开发副经理, 该岗位负责支持销售团队制定季度及月度销售方案。该职位融合数据分析、商业洞察与跨平台战略,为团队决策提供数据支持和洞察,并向高层领导及时、准确地传递关键信息,以支持其做出重要判断。


工作内容:

·      深度参与渠道销售全业务周期管理,协助统筹渠道销售策略落地,销售目标达成,通过数据分析和商业洞察为团队提供精准支持 ,寻找联动跨平台, 跨部门协作,确保渠道销售业务高效、有序推进,助力销售市场份额与营收提升。

·      协助渠道开展市场调研,梳理行业趋势、缺口与机会,了解目标客群需求,参与渠道销售计划和目标拆解,明确各渠道定位与核心任务。

·      协助统筹各渠道销售落地,跟进渠道合作进度,协调解决合作过程中的突发问题。

·      建立渠道销售动态监控机制,跟踪各渠道销售数据(客流量、转化率、营收贡献、渠道成本等),对比计划目标分析偏差原因,及时向直线领导反馈并提出优化建议,确保销售目标稳步推进。

·      统筹渠道销售业务周期复盘,汇总各渠道业务数据、合作效果及存在问题,结合行业变化与客户反馈,提炼经验教训,协助渠道优化下一轮渠道销售计划、策略及流程。

·      协助直接领导编制并及时呈交面向高层领导的可执行报告,总结销售业绩、预测结果及战略建议,助力高效决策。

·      与跨职能团队(如收益管理、市场洞察等)紧密合作,确保销售计划一体化执行,并与公司整体业务举措保持高度协同。

 

我们希望您:

·      大学本科及以上学历,主修工商管理、统计、商业分析或相关专业;硕士学位优先

·      至少5年销售规划, 商业分析, 销售管理经验或收益管理经验,有咨询或战略规划经验者优先

·      具备出色的数据分析能力,能从复杂数据中提炼洞察,并转化为可落地的战略举措,辅助渠道优化销售方案

·      卓越的沟通与协作技能应对复杂的跨部门合作

·      具备战略思维与解决问题能力,坚持以客户为中心,致力于提供卓越体验

Job Summary:

As Associate Manager of Sales Planning, this role supports the sales team in developing and executing quarterly and monthly sales plans. Combining data analysis, business intelligence, and cross-platform strategies, the position provides data support and insights for team decision-making and delivers critical information to senior leadership in a timely and accurate manner to support key strategic judgments.


Key Responsibilities:

·      Fully participate in the entire business cycle of channel management, assisting in planning and implementation of channel sales strategies to achieve sales targets, providing support to the team through data analysis and business insights, seeking cross-platform and cross-departmental collaboration to ensure the sales efficiency, contributing to improve channel sales and revenue growth.

·      Assist in conducting channel market research, sorting out industry trends, gaps and opportunities, understand target customer needs, participate in the channel planning, target decomposition, and clarify the positioning and top priorities of the channel.

·      Assist in coordinating the channel sales implementation, follow up the progress of channel cooperation, and coordinate to solve unexpected problems during the cooperation process.

·      Establish dynamic monitoring mechanism for channel sales, track sales data of each channel (sales traffic, conversion rate, revenue contribution, channel cost, etc.), compare with planned targets to analyze the reasons for deviations, timely feedback to the line manager and put forward optimization suggestions to ensure the steady progress of sales targets.

·      Coordinate the review of the channel sales business cycle, summarize business data, cooperation effects and existing problems of each channel, combine industry changes and customer feedback, distill experience and lessons, and assist channels in optimizing the next round of channel sales plans, strategies and processes.

·      Assist direct supervisor in developing and submitting actionable reports to senior leadership in a timely manner, summarizing sales results, forecasts and strategic recommendations to support effective decision-making.

·      Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales team, revenue management &Analytics, Consumer insights and marketing intelligence etc) to ensure integrated execution of sales plans and strong alignment with company-wide business initiatives


Desired Qualifications:

·      Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Statistics, Business Analytics or related fields; Master’s degree preferred.

·      Minimum 5 years of experience in sales planning, business analysis or revenue management; consulting or strategic planning experience is a plus.

·      Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to derive insights from complex data and translate them into actionable strategic initiatives to support channel and sales plan optimization.

·      Excellent communication and collaboration skills to manage complex cross-departmental partnerships.

·      Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a customer-centric mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.

·      Swift response to dynamic business changes and market shifts

·      Excellent office tool skills (Excel, PowerPoint, SQL, Tableau, Power BI)
