Associate Integration Specialist - Club 33

Job Summary:

As an Associate Specialist, Club 33, you will support the Associate Integration Manager in executing branding, marketing communications and operational initiatives. You will assist in implementing Club 33 brand strategy, managing branded content and communications across multiple platforms, and supporting member engagement and recruitment activities that reinforce Club 33's premium brand positioning.

What You’ll Do:

Assist in consolidating brand strategy and campaign proposals for Club 33 initiatives
Support the development and enhancement of Club 33's overall brand image and member stickiness
Monitor market trends and competitive positioning to inform brand evolution and member engagement strategies
Draft and collect branded communication assets, including social media content, newsletters, promotional materials, and member communications
Support the development and management of branded content and images for usage across all media platforms (printed, digital and broadcast)
Coordinate with creative teams on the design of branded merchandise, gifts, and marketing collateral, and follow up on the production to ensure brand consistency and quality standards
Work with Member Recruitment team and Member Service team on recruitment activities and member events
Coordinate brand alignment and content approvals from key stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging
Assist in driving collaborations across key partners to incorporate Club 33 brand message into overall strategic marketing direction

What To Bring:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, English
0-3 years of experience in marketing communications, brand management or related field
Fluent in English (written and oral)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Photoshop) with good Power point skill
Proficiency in design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva and etc.) is a plus
Ability to prioritize work effectively under tight timelines
Proactive, detail-oriented mindset with strong learning agility
