职位介绍

携程集团为度假区官方核心代理渠道,乐园门票是度假区核心营收板块,覆盖国内全渠道与海外Trip.com市场。本岗位为独立个人贡献岗,不管理团队,聚焦携程全系门票业务全流程落地,负责携程主站、海外 Trip、线下分销、会员、商旅等渠道门票销售追踪、客情维护、资源挖掘与活动落地。核心目标是深挖携程平台资源,稳定提升海内外门票销量与转化,保障度假区核心业绩指标完成,配合销售经理搭建长期稳定的票务合作体系。


工作内容

o 独立承接携程集团海内外乐园门票全渠道销售指标,跟进每日、月度、年度门票销售额、出票量、转化率等核心数据,对门票板块业绩结果负责

o 对接携程票务、分销、海外 Trip、会员、线下门店等各业务负责人,常态化维护客情,持续挖掘平台流量、大促、资源位等扶持权益,提升门票曝光与销量

o 熟悉旅游分销、OTA 运营模式,配合销售经理落地年度票务合作框架、促销政策执行,跟进门票产品上下架、库存、销售体系日常管控

o 落地携程门票专属营销活动,策划节假日、暑期、海外市场专属票务推广方案,全程跟进活动上线、投放、数据复盘,输出优化建议

o 搭建门票业务专项数据台账,持续追踪海内外渠道出票、客群、分销流水数据,定期输出票务经营分析,提出流量、分销、用户转化优化方案

o 联动内部产品、市场、运营团队,同步票务产品更新、优惠套餐上线需求,落地适配携程全域渠道的门票专属权益

o 持续跟踪 OTA 票务行业动态、携程平台分销规则、海外文旅消费趋势,挖掘新增分销渠道,拓展企业、会员等增量门票客源

o 协助销售经理完成年度票务合作谈判资料整理、资源置换落地跟进,独立闭环门票业务全流程对接工作,无需高频监督自主完成各项任务


我们希望您

  • 本科及以上学历,旅游管理、市场营销、电子商务、商科相关专业优先
  • 3 年及以上文旅票务、OTA 分销、旅游渠道销售相关经验,有携程 / 头部 OTA 票务业务实操经验优先,同时接触过国内及海外旅游市场业务
  • 熟悉旅游分销体系、OTA 平台合作模式,具备较强资源挖掘、大客户客情维护能力,擅长对接平台各业务线争取流量与活动资源

Assistant Manager, Ctrip Group (Ticket Business)

Line of Business: Sales & Integrated Platform

Report to: Sales Manager (Ctrip Group Exclusive)

Welcome to the Sales Team

You will fully focus on the full-channel ticket business of Ctrip Group and take full ownership of hitting core revenue targets for domestic and overseas park tickets. You will tap into Ctrip’s full-spectrum resources including platform traffic, distribution network, overseas Trip.com and membership system, and sustain long-term relationships with cross-functional stakeholders at Ctrip. With solid expertise in OTA and tourism distribution systems, you will deliver ticket-focused marketing campaigns and support the resort to achieve core revenue KPIs. As an individual contributor, you will oversee end-to-end ticket operations, accumulate hands-on experience in top-tier OTA key account development and distribution channel management, and build professional expertise in cultural tourism ticketing.


Job Summary

Ctrip Group acts as the official authorized agency of the resort. Park tickets represent the resort’s core revenue stream, covering all domestic channels and overseas Trip.com markets. This role is an independent individual contributor position with no team management responsibilities. You will be responsible for the full-cycle delivery of all ticket-related business across Ctrip ecosystem, including Ctrip main site, overseas Trip, offline distribution, membership and corporate travel channels. Your daily scope covers ticket sales tracking, stakeholder relationship management, resource mining and campaign execution. Your core objective is to fully leverage Ctrip platform resources, drive steady growth in domestic and overseas ticket sales volume and conversion rate, guarantee the delivery of the resort’s core performance targets, and support the Sales Manager to build a stable long-term ticketing cooperation framework.



Key Responsibilities

o  Take independent ownership of full-channel ticket sales targets for domestic and overseas markets under Ctrip Group; track daily, monthly and annual core metrics including ticket sales revenue, transaction volume and conversion rate, and hold accountability for the overall performance of the ticket segment

o  Liaise with Ctrip’s ticketing, distribution, overseas Trip, membership and offline store teams, maintain consistent stakeholder relations, continuously secure platform support including traffic exposure, campaign slots and resource incentives to boost ticket visibility and sales

o  Possess deep understanding of tourism distribution and OTA operation models; support the Sales Manager to implement annual ticketing cooperation frameworks and promotion policies, and conduct daily administration covering ticket product listing, inventory control and pricing system management

o  Develop and execute exclusive ticket marketing campaigns for holidays, summer seasons and overseas markets; oversee full-cycle delivery including campaign launch, media placement and data review, and propose actionable optimization recommendations

o  Build a dedicated data tracking system for ticket business; continuously monitor transaction volume, visitor profiles and distribution revenue across all channels, deliver regular ticketing performance analysis reports and formulate optimization plans for traffic acquisition, distribution expansion and visitor conversion

o  Collaborate cross-functionally with internal product, marketing and operation teams to align updates on ticket products and bundled packages, and launch exclusive ticket benefits tailored for all Ctrip channels

o  Continuously monitor industry trends for OTA ticketing, updates to Ctrip distribution rules and overseas cultural tourism consumption trends; explore new distribution channels and unlock incremental ticket sales from corporate clients and membership groups

o  Support the Sales Manager to organize documents for annual ticketing cooperation negotiations and follow up on resource exchange implementation; independently close the full-loop of all ticketing business communication and deliver assigned tasks efficiently with minimal supervision



Desired Qualifications

o  Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in Tourism Management, Marketing, E-commerce and Business Administration are preferred

o  Minimum 3 years of experience in cultural tourism ticketing, OTA distribution or tourism channel sales; practical experience with ticketing business on Ctrip or other top OTAs is highly preferred, with exposure to both domestic and overseas tourism markets

o  In-depth knowledge of tourism distribution systems and OTA cooperation mechanisms; strong capability in resource exploration and key account relationship management, skilled at negotiating traffic and campaign resources with cross-functional Ctrip teams

o  Proven track record of independent project delivery; able to execute full-cycle online & offline ticketing marketing campaigns covering planning, launch and performance review

o  Pure individual contributor role with no team management duties; strong self-execution capability to independently coordinate cross-department and cross-platform work and resolve end-to-end business issues

o  Basic data analysis competency; able to identify business pain points via sales, conversion and channel data and propose practical improvement solutions

o  Proficient in oral and written English and Chinese for reporting and communication; capable of independent cross-border collaboration with Trip.com overseas ticketing teams

o  Highly self-motivated, proactive in tapping incremental channel opportunities, resilient under pressure, results-oriented, meticulous and rigorous
