职位介绍:

 设施资产管理团队负责管理及实施上海迪士尼度假区的设施改善及改建项目。从项目概念设计阶段一直到完工交付,项目协调员的主要工作是协调及管理项目的进度、质量及安全,并保障项目的各方顺畅沟通和正确工作流程。项目协调员必须保持全方位跨专业的视角,确保项目各方面工作都在监控之下推进并避免重复工作。

工作内容:

·      您将会支持项目经理生成及维护项目进度安排和关键节点;

·      您将会维护项目工作范围,与项目相关方沟通确保各方理解项目目标;

·      您将作为项目沟通的主要联络人,确保项目信息及时准确传递到各方;

·      您将需要整理会议纪要;

·      您将组织会议或其他沟通方式推进问题的及时解决,管理与项目相关方的关系;

·      您将会解决冲突及处理问题;

·      您将与项目测算工程师配合审核供应商报价,确保满足项目预算目标;

·      您会需要记录项目费用花费,跟踪变更情况;

·      您会需要准备项目行动表及交付清单;

·      您会需要为高层准备项目情况汇报文件;

·      您将要监控项目施工整体进度,协调并监管施工许可、进出场、施工围挡及安全,验收到场材料及施工质量;

·      您将要组织创意团队进行材料样板验收,管理材料及深化图审批流程;

·      您将要支持物流部门准备进口材料的相关文件;

·      您会需要组织现场项目移交会议,记录并分发验收意见;

·      您会需要组织项目竣工移交资料的准备并协调顺利设施移交到运营部门使用;

我们希望您:

·      拥有建筑科学,工程设计,商务等相关本科或以上学位

·      拥有5年以上项目管理经验,1~2年迪士尼幻想工程经验为优先考虑

·      拥有娴熟的计算机演示文稿的编辑能力并能进行独立陈述汇报,具备office软件的使用能力

·      拥有流利的中英文双语能力

·      能理解施工图纸的表达方式,具有AutoCAD经验者优先

·      理解施工流程,包括深化图、文档控制、尾项清单

·      拥有进度及预算经验

·      申请人需要能遵守安排,即使适应变化,与团队同事建立良好工作关系

By ensuring the smooth operation of every magical experience and contributing to our many industry awards and honors, you will help carry forward Disney’s spirit of craftsmanship.

Job Summary:

Facility Asset Management (FAM) Team is responsible for management and execution of Shanghai Disney Resort facility enhancement and modification projects. As a The Project Coordinator, you’re responsible to coordinate the quality, safety and schedule of FAM projects, by ensuring streamlined communication and process flow from concept design through implementation and closeout. You will facilitate project integration and ensures smooth communication to the Line of business, vendors and contractors. The Project Coordinator must consistently maintain a bottom-up, broad perspective across all disciplines in order to ensure that all aspects of the work are covered and no efforts are duplicated.

What You’ll Do:

·      You will support Project Manager to generate and maintain project schedule and milestones;

·      You will maintain scope of work for assigned FAM projects, communicates with relevant stakeholders to understand functional need and clarify project goals;

·      You will serve as the main interface to the vendors / contractors, design team and operators, responsible for smooth distribution of information and documents among all parties involved;

·      You need to record and distribute meeting minutes;

·      You will facilitate meetings and other communications as necessary in order to ensure proper integration and to resolve issues in a timely manner. Manages relationships with project stakeholders;

·      You need to handle conflict resolution and problem solving on project;

·      You will work with project estimator to review vendor quotation, ensure all projects goals are financially met;

·      You need to track projects’ spending for any scope changes or additions to scope;

·      You will envelop tracking & action list, deliverables matrixes and design input matrixes;

·      You need to create presentations to senior management on project status;

·      You need to oversee project construction activities, coordinate and supervise Permit to Work, site access, hoarding walls and safety, inspect the on-site arrival of materials and construction quality;

·      You need to organize material mock-up review with creative team, manage material and shop drawing submittal & review process;

·      You will interface with the international shipping and logistic team and assist with the preparation of shipping documents;

·      You will organize field turnover meeting, track progress and distribute conclusions from site inspections;

·      You will manage development of the turnover deliverables matrix for each venue and facilitates turnover of deliverables to Operators;

·      You need to adherence to all personnel policies and company handbooks.

What to Bring:

·      Bachelor’s degree or above, with an emphasis in engineering, architecture, design, business or other related field

·      5+ Years project related experience (or 1-2 years WDI construction management/ coordination experience) strongly desired;

·      Candidate must have computer PowerPoint skills to give presentations, spreadsheet and word processing skills;

·      Proficient in spoken and written Chinese and English;

·      Ability to read and understand the information contained on drawings, AutoCAD experience is preferred;

·      Experience to managing the construction development process and documentation (shop drawings, document control, punch list);

·      Scheduling and estimating experience;

·      Ability to take direction, adapt to change, establish relationships, and work in a team environment;

·      Demonstrated ability and confidence in dealing with a large variety of project disciplines and personalities;

·      Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
