职位介绍:

从战略层面统筹上海迪士尼度假区全域(含主题乐园、幕后区域、主题酒店、迪士尼小镇、外围区域及安保监控信息中心)的安保运营体系建设与优化。基于行业前沿安全趋势、国家法律法规及公司最新安保政策,制定中长期安保战略规划,指导并监督下属经理团队落实各项安保措施,确保度假区在复杂多变的安全环境下,始终保持高标准的安全防护水平,为游客、演职人员及度假区财产安全筑牢坚实屏障,同时推动安保运营工作与度假区整体发展战略深度契合。

工作内容:

  • 在制定度假区的长期安保运营战略方面发挥领导作用,构建并优化整体安保管理体系,定期评估其运营效率。
  • 建立并维护一个高效的安保运营团队,确保团队完成既定任务。创建积极正面的工作环境,设定清晰的期望,提供及时反馈,推进职业发展和继任规划。
  • 监督日常安保运营的实施,审查运营流程和应急预案,并组织内部审计和专项检查以提高服务质量。
  • 负责度假区的整体安保风险评估,制定预防计划,并与内部部门和外部机构协调重大事件的应急响应。
  • 与外部主管部门建立良好的交流和合作关系,及时了解政策法规的变化,帮助上级在战略决策中贴合外部监管要求,确保组织行动的合法性与可行性。
  • 深化与全球迪士尼安保部门的合作,共享信息和最佳实践。
  • 和内部的各业务线保持良好的合作关系,以推动安保要求的实施。
  • 制定安保运营年度总预算,审核预算执行情况,提升效率和效益以优化成本。
  • 参与新项目的筹备工作,提供安全规划建议,并为新项目制定安全运营计划。
  • 完成上级交代的其他任务。

  • 拥有10年以上大型综合体(主题公园、酒店集团、文旅项目等)安保运营管理经验,熟悉其安全风险及行业规范。

Job Summary:

  • Strategically lead the development and optimization of the Security Operations standards across the entire Shanghai Disney Resort (including theme parks, BOH, hotels, Disney Town, peripheral zones, and SCC). Develop mid-to-long-term security strategy plans based on cutting-edge industry security trends, national laws and regulations, and the company's latest security policies. Guide and oversee the team in implementing all security measures to ensure the Resort maintains high-standard security protection levels in complex and dynamic security environments. Build a robust barrier safeguarding the safety of Guest, Cast, and Resort property, while driving deep alignment between security operations and the resort's overall development strategy.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide leadership in formulate the long-term security operation strategy of the resort, build and optimize the overall security management system, and evaluate its operation efficiency regularly.
  • Take ownership in developing and maintaining a highly effective Security Operations team to ensure that the team accomplishes the assigned tasks. Building strong morale and a positive work environment, set clear expectations, provide timely performance feedback, and facilitate career development and succession planning.
  • Supervise the implementation of daily security operations, review operation processes and emergency plans, and organize internal audits and special inspections to improve service quality.
  • Lead the resort's overall security risk assessment, formulate prevention plans, and coordinate emergency response for major incidents with internal and external institutions.
  • Establish good communication and partnership with external authorities / government bureaus, timely understanding of changes in policies and regulations, assist the leader in making strategic decisions that comply with regulatory requirements, and ensure the legality and feasibility of organizational actions.
  • Deepen cooperation with segment security counterparts, share information and best practices.
  • Maintain good cooperative relationships with internal line of businesses to promote the implementation of security requirements.
  • Formulate the annual total budget for security operations, review budget execution, and promote efficiency and effectiveness to optimize costs.
  • Participate in the preparation of new projects, provide security planning suggestions, and formulate security operation plans for new projects.
  • Complete other tasks from the leader.

What To Bring:

  • Over 8 years of experience in security operation management of large complexes (theme parks, hotel groups, cultural and tourism projects, etc.), familiar with their security risks and industry norms.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and leadership, able to formulate security strategies and lead the team to solve complex problems.
  • Familiar with national and local laws on security and emergency management, with strong compliance awareness.
  • Ability to work flexible hours (holidays, night shifts, major events) and respond to emergencies quickly.
  • Strong communication skills in both Chinese and English (verbal and written).
  • Team player with excellent relationship skills.
  • Effective leader with the abilities to drive results and exceed the expectations of internal and external partners.
