Job Summary:

作为舞台技师，您将支持现场舞台表演安全进行，包括室内、室外和特殊表演。您将按照舞台监督的指令、时间点或自己执行指令的活动准确操作灯光、音响、视频、索具、道具或自动化设备等。您的职责还包括在演出前后的各项检查工作，保证演出设备的平稳运行，给游客带来完整的演出体验。

Responsibilities:

按照创意构思操作指定舞台和其他现场表演；
操作舞台所用的灯光、音响、视频、索具、道具或自动化设备等；
进行演出前、后检查，确保整场演出顺利进行；
进行演出前、中、后的安全检查；
设备维护保养报告和协助；
设备安装；
保持干净的工作环境；
搭建舞台；
协助装卸舞台相关设备；
通过"Maximo"系统管理演出设备及追踪维护的要求；
其他被安排的工作。

Basic Qualifications:

需拥有以下演出相关的灯光、音响、视频、索具、道具、自动化设备等工作经验中的一项或几项：

音响：32路调音台、扬声器、分频器、均衡器、有线无线话筒等；
灯光：2 DMX Univers+、灯光控制台、电脑灯、常规灯、调光系统、DMX分配器、LED、色片、聚焦等；
视频：1080P 视频投影、15000流明以上投影仪、视频服务器、视频剪辑器；
控台装置： MIDI, DMX, TCP/IP, RS422, RS482, RS232 protocols；
舞台机械和自动化：卷扬器、演员飞行设备、液压装置、车台、升降台、电动吊杆、ProfiNET以及自动控制台操作；
索具：特技或登山绳，悬吊系统操作；
道具：了解道具、木偶等的制作维修的原理，有一定的道具、木偶等制作维修经验，了解在演出中道具、木偶等的执行操作，具有一定问题解决能力；熟悉SMPTE timecode时钟同步编码者优先考虑。

具有相关的舞台设备管理经验优先考虑；
经常站立和走动 , 经常屈颈弯腰，偶尔需要屈膝跪地 , 经常使用双手；
经常推拉35千克左右的重物，经常抬举12公斤左右的重物，偶尔抬举35千克左右的重物；
需能够在各种天气和视野受限的情况下工作，并且需要能够适应高空作业和剧场、舞台作业；
如有需要面对游客还须穿着迪士尼朋友演出服和道具，面部化彩妆；
普通话流利，有英语沟通能力者优先考虑；
可能需要高空作业证（部分岗位）；
需要接受入职培训；
能够接受忙季节假日的加班工作；
能接受灵活的工作时间；
富有责任心; 积极主动; 乐于助人；
可以接受特殊的工作要求, 能适应与不同的客户一起工作愿意协助他人完成复杂困难的工作任务；
