主要职责:

Associate Alliance Development Manager, Corporate Alliances, Shanghai Disney Resort

Job Description

Disney Corporate Alliances develops and holistically manages complex, long-term, multi-dimensional relationships with select brands and companies. The Corporate Alliances team is dedicated to creating incremental value for Shanghai Disney Resort and its partners through creative development of marketing and sponsorship programs, management of partner and business unit relationships, and creation of new partnerships aligned with Shanghai Disney Resort's businesses and strategic goals.

Within the Corporate Alliances organization, the Associate Alliance Development Manager will support the identification, evaluation, and development of strategic partnership opportunities for Shanghai Disney Resort. Reporting to the Alliance Development Director, Corporate Alliances, this role will focus on market research, financial analysis, and partner exploration as part of a team creating and managing highly visible strategic alliance relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct industry research and market analysis to identify emerging trends and growth sectors; develop strategic frameworks and presentations synthesizing market insights, competitive landscapes, and partnership opportunities
  • Conduct financial analysis, including revenue modeling, ROI projections, and deal evaluation
  • Identify new potential partners in line with the business development strategy and understand their marketing needs and business objectives
  • Develop compelling partnership proposals and business cases that align partner objectives with park strategic goals
  • Deliver senior executive presentations to internal and external stakeholders through different stages of deal making
  • Support the alliance development team with deck preparation, meeting logistics, research, and other tasks which support the alliance development efforts

Requirements

Technical Skills and Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities, including proficiency in building business cases, conducting valuation analysis, and interpreting financial statements
  • Experience conducting market research, competitive analysis, and synthesizing complex information into strategic insights
  • Understanding of the Chinese market and familiarity with various types of companies in China, such as multinationals, state-owned enterprises, and privately owned companies
  • Ability to develop clear, logical, and compelling presentations for senior stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving skills with ability to think strategically and creatively about partnership opportunities

Education, Training, Knowledge and Skills:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience; consulting firm background strongly preferred
  • Experience in business development, strategy consulting, research, or corporate development roles
  • B.S. or B.A. degree required; MBA or advanced degree a plus
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
  • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Fluency in English and Chinese, both written and spoken
  • Quick learner who adapts easily to new skills and approaches
  • Passion for and familiarity with The Walt Disney Company's products and services
