Job Summary:
| 礼宾部的演职人员将为宾客提供细致入微的服务，创造神奇的入住体验。您需要与宾客保持互动、解答宾客疑问、提供指引、预订餐饮服务、帮助递送包裹、及购买门票等。礼宾部的演职人员将通过专业的服务，给宾客创造神奇体验。 |
Responsibilities:
- 通过提供城市信息、旅程推荐、购票服务、餐厅订位等服务，为宾客创造卓越和神奇的体验
- 熟悉班车和摆渡船的时间表、停车场的位置，为宾客去乐园的安排提供合理的建议
- 熟悉酒店和乐园的景点、娱乐演出、餐厅及商店的地点及运营时间，为宾客提供必要的信息
- 在需要时，帮助前台和行李柜台的运营
- 在各区域协助客流管控
- 为游客提供方位指引、问询解答、乐园信息等相关的帮助
- 确保工作区域的干净和整洁
- 协助其他工作（包括但不限于商品打包，行李搬运等）
- 确保上海迪士尼度假区的整洁并及时清理地面垃圾
- 在其他相关部门处理现金／POS机相关的工作（* 此仅适用于和现金/POS相关的工作岗位）
Basic Qualifications:
- 具备熟练的电脑操作能力
- 具有良好的沟通能力和服务意识，并能够积极主动为宾客解决问题
- 能适应快速的工作节奏
- 需要基本的英文读写及听说能力，能使用英文操作系统，及与使用英语的宾客沟通
- 工作时间：可能会安排在夜间、周末以及节假日的班次，需要早中两班轮换

上海迪士尼度假区（上海市浦东新区川沙镇），您可以乘坐地铁11号线迪士尼站直达度假区，也可选乘班车。班车发往全市多个中心站点，您可在入职后详细查看。
