Job Summary:

作为酒店的核心部门之一，客房服务的演职人员主要负责宾客房间的清洁、整理和维护，保证床单、设施和各类物品的及时补给。您的工作会直接影响宾客的入住体验，我们将通过完善的培训和高效的管理平台帮助您为宾客创造富有迪士尼特色的一流酒店服务。

Responsibilities:

每日独立完成多间客房的室内清洁、整理和备品的补充
及时跟踪被分配客房的房间状态，完成工作报表，记录房态、客房安全隐患、游客遗留物、宾客、喜好及其他特殊事项
在需要的情况下，为宾客解决客房设施设备使用的问题，解答宾客的疑问

此外，基于业务的需求和演职人员的资质，演职人员会不定时地支持如下职责：

为游客提供方位指引、问询解答、乐园信息等相关的帮助
确保工作区域的干净和整洁
协助其他工作（包括但不限于商品打包，行李搬运等）
确保上海迪士尼度假区的整洁并及时清理地面垃圾

Basic Qualifications:

具有良好的沟通能力和服务意识
能够接受重复的室内客房作业
能适应快速的工作节奏和较大的工作量
工作时需要使用化学物品和清洁工具（清洁试剂和设备）
工作时间：可能会安排在夜间、周末以及节假日的班次，需要早中两班轮换
