服装采购:
- 材料采购（走访当地面料市场，梳理供应商）；
- 协调材料并发送给供应商；
- 解释生产中的流程和特殊备注；
- 生产前检查样品（根据服装风格的要求与演员协调试穿）；
- 获取供应商报价；
- 向采购团队下采购要求单；
- 和供应商保持密切联系以确保准时交货；
- 供应商交货时进行质量控制；
- 移交服装给运营团队，并在系统中创建和记录样式编号；
- 从当地零售商、服装批发商进行采购或进行在线采购。
演员试穿:
- 安排试穿时间表；
- 进行试穿；
- 提供试穿反馈并与供应商/内部工作室的裁缝协调做出必要的调整。

我们希望您：
- 至少三年服装师工作经验或其他同等经验；
- 服装设计、纺织品、时尚设计或美术专业大专文凭优先；
- 全面了解服装设计、面料和服装生产工艺的各个方面；
- 较强的计划、组织和项目管理能力；
- 拥有一定的购买/谈判经验；
- 能在快节奏的工作环境中处理多项任务；
- 较强的合作和沟通技巧；
- 普通话流利，一定的英语能力。
Job Summary:
As an Associate Costumer, you will support the development, production, and maintenance of costume product for all Entertainment offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
Costume sourcing:
- Material sourcing (visiting local fabric markets, trimming suppliers);
- Coordinating materials and sending to vendors;
- Explaining procedure and special remarks on the production;
- Checking of proto samples before production (fittings sections required with performers depends on costume style);
- Requesting quotations from vendors;
- Creating PO requests to buying team for purchase orders;
- Regularly contacting with vendors to ensure on time delivery;
- Quality control (QC) when items are delivered;
- Handover costumes to operation teammates, creating style numbers for record in the system;
- Local sourcing from retails shops, garment wholesalers and online sourcing.
Fittings with performers:
- Schedule fittings;
- Conduct fittings;
- Provide notes and make necessary adjustments with vendors/ in-house workroom seamstresses.
Illustrator/ Photoshop artworks
- Development sketches and technical drawings for sending to vendors.
Desired Qualifications:
- Minimum three years of experience in a Costuming position or equivalent;
- Post-secondary degree in Costume Design, Textiles, Fashion Design, or Fine Arts preferred;
- Thorough knowledge of all aspects of costume design, fabrics, and garment production process;
- Strong planning, organizational, and project management skills;
- Demonstrated buying / negotiating experience;
- Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment;
- Strong partnering and communications skills;
- Fluent in Mandarin, competent in English.
