Job Summary:
在度假区内、外为游客和内部合作伙伴提供一流的服务，确保表演动作符合常规标准，以及在与游客的互动中也保持该迪士尼朋友的特质，维护氛围表演和迪士尼朋友的日常运作，确保度假区内演出质量，带领娱乐演出部门演职人员，确保最佳运作效率和演出质量。
Responsibilities:
- 推行健康安全的工作环境，检查和清理表演区域的问题和安全隐患
- 在园区、酒店和场外活动中观察氛围表演演员、迪士尼朋友和娱乐演出迎宾员的工作表现以确保整体娱乐演出质量
- 监督和确保高效的演出日程安排，并确保演出顺利进行
- 熟悉度假区内的日常娱乐演出时间表、娱乐演出项目、场地设置
- 确保演出区域井然有序，同时创造良好的游客体验
- 主动与游客交流，并且协助迪士尼朋友与游客的互动，了解并解决游客的问题
- 定期给予演职人员肯定和不足的反馈
- 维护、执行和传达公司部门政策和工作流程
- 倡导积极正面充满乐趣的工作环境
- 在特殊情况发生时与管理层和各团队主管保持密切沟通
- 及时完成工作评估和演出报告
- 了解并维护迪士尼朋友的形象
- 完成其他被交代的任务
- 有时候需要接触化学品和搬运重物。
- 在各区域协助客流管控
- 为游客提供方位指引、问询解答、乐园信息等相关的帮助
- 确保工作区域的干净和整洁
- 协助其他工作（包括但不限于商品打包，行李搬运等）
- 确保上海迪士尼度假区的整洁并及时清理地面垃圾
- 在其他相关部门处理现金／POS机相关的工作（* 此仅适用于和现金/POS相关的工作岗位）
Basic Qualifications:
- 有领导演出团队的经验，并能确保一贯的整体演出质量
- 时间观念强
- 流利的普通话和英语
- 能够接受室内外的工作
- 工作时间：作为一线演职人员，您将会根据需要接受节假日以及周末的工作安排。需要早中班轮换
