Shanghai Disney Resort, the first Disney resort in mainland China, is a place where friends and families can escape together to a whole new world of fantasy, imagination, creativity, and adventure. The resort is home to the Shanghai Disneyland theme park, two themed hotels – Shanghai Disneyland Hotel and Toy Story Hotel, Disneytown, a large shopping, dining and entertainment venue, a Broadway-style theatre, Wishing Star Park and0 other outdoor recreation areas. Shanghai Disneyland is a Magic Kingdom-style theme park featuring classic Disney storytelling and characters but with authentic cultural touches and themes tailored specifically for the people of China. As we continue to grow and create this magical destination, we are looking for a variety of world-class professionals to help our plans take shape.
主要职责
- 有效地领导游客调研团队,在快节奏的环境下,保质保量完成项目,职责包括:
协助建立和维护标准的、规范化的工作流程
与其他团队/部门/进行及时有效地沟通
协助管理和维护用于收集游客反馈数据的硬件设备和软件
协助建立和维护上海迪士尼度假区游客数据库
协助负责与第三方代理公司合作项目,确保其符合上海迪士尼度假区游客调研部门的所有标准和流程
积极参与项目前期运作方式设计以保证数据高质量的收集和团队高效运营
保持创新,不断提升整个游客调研团队的专业能力和提供最优的游客调研体验
- 管理游客调研团队,包括演职人员的招募,定期专业培训,制定发展计划,进行工作评估以及有效的团队运作和团队建设等
- 管理团队的排班和考勤,高度配合项目需求和高效的劳动力管理
- 管理团队项目以及活动的资产,进行成本控制和资产优化
资格要求
- 本科及以上学历,统计学,数学,逻辑学,信息工程,市场营销相关专业优先
- 6年及以上市场研究行业或迪士尼运营团队相关工作经验,其中至少有3年及以上团队管理经验
- 熟悉市场研究行业中数据收集,质量监控,项目管理流程,包括定量访谈和定性访谈
- 有较强的逻辑思维能力,良好的分析能力
- 有预见性,有应变能力,能够客观地判断问题,并独立解决问题
- 有较强的自学能力和创新能力,能够不断提升自己以及整个团队的专业能力
- 熟练运用Microsoft Office,包括Excel, Word, PowerPoint等,熟悉各种调研平台者优先
- 良好的英文书面沟通能力,口语优秀者优先
- 能够接受灵活的工作安排,包括晚上,周末和节假日
- 能接受户外场所工作,监督游客调研团队的日常工作
- 具备良好的沟通能力和服务意识,能够指导团队处理各种游客的反馈
- 能够在快节奏的工作环境下保质保量的完成工作
- 良好的团队以及跨团队的合作精神
Key Responsibilities
- Effectively lead the guest research team to deliver high-quality projects on time in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include:
Assisting in establishing and maintaining standardized work process Communicating timely and effectively with other teams / departments Assisting in managing and maintaining hardware and software used for collecting guest feedback data Assisting in building and maintaining the Shanghai Disney Resort guest database Assisting in overseeing collaborative projects with third-party agencies to ensure compliance with all standards and procedures of the Shanghai Disney Resort guest research department Actively participating in the design of project setup and operational models to ensure high-quality data collection and efficient team operations Fostering innovation to continuously enhance the professional capabilities of the guest research team and deliver an optimal guest research experience
- Manage the guest research team, including cast member recruitment, regular professional training, development planning, performance evaluations, as well as effective team operations and team building
- Manage team scheduling and attendance, closely aligning with project demands and ensuring efficient labor management
- Manage assets related to team projects and activities, including cost control and asset optimization
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or above, with a major in Statistics, Mathematics, Logic, Information Engineering, Marketing or a related field preferred.
- 6+ years of relevant experience in the market research industry or Disney operations team, including at least 3+ years of the team management experience.
- Familiarity with data collection, data quality control and project management processes in market research, including both qualitative and quantitative interviews.
- Strong logical thinking and analytical skills.
- Proactively and adaptable, capable of objectively assessing issues and independently solving problems.
- Strong self-learning and innovation abilities, with a commitment to continuous improving both personal and team professional competencies.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint, with experience in various survey platforms preferred.
- Good written communication skills in English, candidates with excellent spoken English skills are preferred.
- Flexibility to work outdoors and supervise the day-to-day operations of the guest research team.
- Excellent communication skills and service orientation, with the ability to guide the team in handing various guest feedback.
- Ability to deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork and cross-functional collaboration spirit.
