- 组织或支持多业务部门的文档相关项目,确保项目进展顺利;
- 负责文档版本控制和维护工作;
- 支持文档部门的日常运营工作。

- 对技术写作或编辑感兴趣;
- 每周工作至少3至4天;
- 中英文书面表达条理清晰;
- 熟练使用Word、Excel和PowerPoint;
- 有较强的组织能力,可同时进行多项工作并注重细节;
- 有视频拍摄或剪辑相关经验者优先考虑。
Intern, Documentation
Line of Business: Documentation
Location: Shanghai, China
Job Summary:
As a Documentation Intern, you will assist in documentation development and document-related projects to support smooth implementation of On-the-Job trainings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and update operations training documents in alignment with Walt Disney Parks and Resorts compliance requirements;
- Participate in document review with Lines of Business;
- Translate documents when applicable;
- Organize or support document-related projects with Lines of Business to ensure satisfactory progress;
- Responsible for document version control and maintenance;
- Assist with Documentation team daily operations work.
Desired Qualifications:
- Interested in technical writing or editing;
- At least 3 to 4 working days per week;
- Proficiency in writing English and Mandarin with logics;
- Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
- Strong organizational, multi-task and time management skills with attention to details;
- Experience in video shooting or editing will be a plus.
