职位介绍:
作为舞台技师 ,您将支持现场舞台表演安全进行,包括室内、室外和特殊表演。您将按照舞台监督的指令、时间点或自己执行指令的活动准确操作灯光、音响、视频、索具、道具、自动化设备等。您的职责还包括在演出前后的各项检查工作,保证演出设备的平稳运行,给游客带来完整的演出体验
工作内容:
· 支持现场舞台表演安全进行,包括室内,室外,特别活动
· 按照舞台监督的指令、时间码或自指令活动准确操作音频、视频、灯光设备
· 演出前后各项检查工作
· 按照创意构思操作指定舞台和其他现场表演相关设备
· 操作以及编程舞台所用的音频、视频、灯光设备
· 进行演出前、后检查,确保整场演出顺利进行
· 进行演出前、中、后的安全检查
· 报告和协助设备维护保养--
· 设备安装
· 保持干净的工作环境
· 搭建舞台
· 协助装卸舞台相关设备
· 通过“Maximo”软件进行演出报告设备问题管理和跟踪
· 其他被安排的工作
我们希望您:
· 需拥有以下演出相关的音频、视频、灯光设备工作经验中的一项或几项:
· 灯光:2 DMX Universe+、MA灯光控制台、电脑灯、常规灯、调光系统、DMX分配器、LED、色片、聚焦等
· 视频:4K视频投影、30000流明以上投影仪、视频服务器、视频剪辑器
· 控台装置: MIDI, DMX, TCP/IP, RS422, RS482, RS232 protocols
· 舞台设备:卷扬器、演员飞行设备、液压装置、ProfiNET以及自动控制台操作
· 熟悉SMPTE timecode时钟同步编码者优先考虑
· 三年以上舞台设备操作经验
· 高空作业证
· 英语较熟练
· 需要经常站立和走动
· 需要��常推拉35千克左右的重物
· 需要经常抬举12公斤左右的重物,偶尔抬举35千克左右的重物
· 需要经常屈颈弯腰,偶尔需要屈膝跪地
· 需要经常使用双手
· 需要能够在各种天气和视野受限的情况下工作,并且需要能够适应高空作业和剧场、舞台作业。
· 需要接受入职培训
· 具备标准流利的普通话沟通能力和良好的中文书面表达能力
· 能接受一周七天的灵活工作安排,并且能接受不同的班次,包括晚上,周末和节假日

Job Summary:
As a Stage Technician, you will support the safe conduct of live stage performances, including indoor, outdoor and special events. You will operate lighting, audio, video, rigging, props, automation equipment, etc. cued by the Stage Manager, timecode or self-cued events. Your responsibilities will also include various checks before and after show, ensure the smooth operation of show equipment to bring guests a complete performance experience.
What You’ll Do:
· Safe performance of live stage shows, including indoor, outdoor and special events
· Detailed operation of audio/video/lighting equipment adhering to stage manager cues, timecode and/or self-cued events
· Pre and post-show checklists
· Operate designated stage and other live performances within the defined creative parameters
· Hands-on operation and programming of entertainment audio/video/lighting equipment
· Proper pre and post-show checks to ensure correct and smooth running of the events
· Operate all required safety checks before, during and after performances
· Report and assist with maintenance of equipment
· Equipment installation
· Maintain a clean working environment
· Equipment staging
· Loading/unloading of stage equipment
· Manage show technical issue reporting and tracking through the “Maximo” software application
· Other work assigned by managers.
What To Bring:
· Working experience of below one or more entertainment equipment, including audio, visual and lighting equipment:
· Lighting – 2 DMX Universe+, MA lighting control consoles, automated lighting fixtures, conventional lighting fixtures, dimmer systems, DMX distribution systems, LED, gel, focusing
· Video – 4K video projectors, 30,000 lumen+ projectors, video playback servers, video editings
· Controls – MIDI, DMX, TCP/IP, RS422, RS482, RS232 protocols, ability to define and program control sets for entertainment equipment
· Stage Machinery – winches, performer flying, hydraulics, ProfiNET, automation console operation and programming
· Experience with SMPTE timecode preferred
· More than 3 years stage equipment operation experiences
· Working at Heights
· Semi-fluent in English
· Physical Demands & Environmental/Working Conditions:
· Walking / Standing: Frequently
· Pushing / Pulling: Frequently up to 35kg.
· Lifting: Regularly up to 12kg, occasionally up to 35kg.
· Bending / Twisting / Kneeling: Frequently bending/twisting, occasionally kneeling
· Use of hands: Constantly
· Working Environment: Ability to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions & indoors in areas of low visibility. Ability to work at heights and around stage machinery.
· Must provide full availability for ongoing training
· Possess standard and fluent Mandarin communication skills and excellent Chinese written expression abilities.
· Full availability for any dates in a week and any shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays
