
Specialist, Government Affairs
Job Summary:
1. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, including coordinating meetings.
• Facilitate visits and meeting arrangements for senior executives with external parties.
• Handle Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) filings.
• Manage communications and membership payments for industry associations.
• Oversee the purchasing, delivery, and inventory management of products and gifts.
• Maintain the calendars .
• Frequently communicate and interact with external parties at the working level, as well as internal company staff, to coordinate and execute various projects.
• Respond promptly and efficiently to the requirements of the team, often under tight deadlines.
• Demonstrate problem-solving abilities and troubleshoot issues that arise while directors or managers are traveling.
• Conduct light research as needed.
• Organize both on-site and off-site events.
• Manage other Ad-hoc requests from the manager.
2. REQUISITE QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
(i) Education & Training
• University degree
(ii) Working Experience
• 3 years of relevant experience. Multi-national company experience a plus.
• Prior experience with travel / meeting arrangements
• Experience in maintaining confidentiality
(iii) Personal Attributes
• Proactive, self motivated and team player
• Fast learner
• Intelligent and structured in approach
• Strong attention to detail
(iv) Other requisites, languages
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook preferred
• Fluency in English mandatory
