
Specialist, Business Planning and Operations, DCP APAC

This role will support the Executive Director on overall administration of the APAC Disney Consumer Products (DCP) Strategy, Business Planning and Operations organization including execution, implementation and tracking of team administrative activities, and support on basic data analysis & reporting.
Meanwhile, you will manage and coordinate the teams’ administrative duties to ensure quality service, standardization of all clerical support, reporting, new cast induction and orientation, internal communication, and other related projects, in accordance with Disney guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively anticipate needs and provide high-level executive administrative support to the ED of APAC DCP Strategy, Business Planning and Operations
- Organize and manage daily activities schedule including travel arrangements of the ED, in planning, liaising, implementing and coordinating with relevant external and internal parties, managing a complex calendar and schedule
- Arrange and coordinate team regular meetings. Manage and prepare internal meeting agendas and related content
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal and external parties from Global, APAC and Market levels to provide effective administrative support to ensure smooth operation & cooperation
- Effectively maintain the workflow, such as approvals and executive travel report. Make sure all the SAP applications been approved and org chart updated on time
- Provide necessary support on basic statistics, data analysis and reporting, including but not limited to scenarios of strategy, business planning, operational improvement, and presentations to Global executives
- In charge of other administration work. Arrange and manage other supporting activities as assigned
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or above, major in business or administration is preferable but not a must
- 3+ years of experience as executive assistant/secretary, specialist, or business analyst at a multi-national company
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Good at planning & prioritizing, good time management and organizational skills, detail oriented
- Strong verbal and written communication in both English and Chinese
- Mature, proactive, credible and strong interpersonal skills
- Strongly willing to develop new skills in an analytical-driven team; ability to quickly learn new technologies, programs and applications
- Highly self-motivated and resourceful, with strong service mindset & spirit
