职责：

·  具备根据公认的工程实践、已发布的规范和法规实施电气和电子系统及子系统设计所需的技能

·  领导演出布景控制系统设计工作，从蓝天创意到深化设计、制作、安装、测试与调试，直至向游客开放

·  领导并指导团队内的其他工程师

·  参与并主持设计评审和同行评审

·  参与系统设计和测试的各个环节

·  根据迪士尼标准绘制工程图纸

Job Summary:

Walt Disney Imagineering (WDI) is the master planning, creative development, design, engineering, production,

project management, and research and development arm of Disney’s Parks and Resorts business segment.

Representing more than 150 disciplines, its talented teams of Imagineers are responsible for the creation of Disney

resorts, theme parks and attractions, hotels, water parks, real estate developments, regional entertainment

venues, cruise ships and new media technology projects.

Within the Show Systems studio is where we produce the magic. Our processes and tool sets take us from concept

design or mock ups to full production, assembly and installation. A Senior show control hardware engineer is

responsible for delivering control systems that integrate the entire show attraction and subsystems including

animatronic figures, show elements. You will work as part of the team creating world-class attractions. Thinking

Responsibilities:

·       Possess the skills necessary to execute the design of electrical and electronic systems and subsystems in

·       accordance with accepted engineering practices, published codes, and regulations

·       Lead the design for show control from blue sky, through detailed design, production, installation, T&A, and

·       opening to guests

·       Lead and mentor other engineers within team

·       Attend and lead design and peer reviews

·       Participate in all aspects of system design and testing

·       Produce engineering drawings based on Disney standards

·       Track personal and team progress on assignments comparing budget/schedule to actuals.

·       Solid troubleshooting knowledge and skillset

·       Ability to communicate ideas, issues, and resolutions effectively

Required Skills:

·       Design management skills in a fast paced creative environment

·       6-8 years of experience or more in an electrical/controls engineering role

·       Must speak English fluently

Preferred Skills:

·       Disney show control system architecture

·       Knowledge of PLC programming

·       Understanding of mechanical and software systems

Required education:

·       BS Electrical /Electronic/Robotics/Computer engineering (or equivalent experience)

·       Advanced degree and professional registration is desirable.
