职位介绍：
安全是上海迪士尼度假区运营的首要原则。安保将接受一流的专业培训，该职位通过保证游客的安全和园区运营的安全，为大家创造神奇的体验。同时，安保也会在办公区域进行相关安全工作，维护安全工作环境的同时也肩负着保卫迪士尼神奇的重要使命。
工作内容：
· 通过努力观察周围情况并向团队成员沟通所有重要信息来确保安全的环境
· 使用关键性思维技能，在响应或协助处理情况时永远将安全摆在首位
· 练习协助医疗救助、客户和演职人员冲突和其它应急响应需求的常识性决策
· 提供卓越的冲突解决方案并确保良好的游客服务
· 能够口头沟通并通过编写报告书面沟通
· 操作上级布置的额外工作
我们希望您：
· 口头和书面沟通技能突出 (能够有效会话并写清晰/简要的书面报告)
· 适应户外工作，能胜任一定的体力劳动，包括长时间站立，经常性弯腰
· 能接受一周七天的灵活工作安排，并且能接受不同的班次，包括晚上，周末和节假日
· 具备标准流利的普通话沟通能力和良好的中文书面表达能力。

Safety is top priority in the operations of Shanghai Disney Resort and is the foundational element of Disney's Five Keys. We collaborate with cast members and provide expert training across various fields. Our goal is to protect the magical experiences at Shanghai Disney Resort by ensuring high-quality safety services.
Job Summary:
Safety is the top priority for Shanghai Disney Resort operations. As a Host/Hostess, Security, you will receive professional training. You will create magical experiences by ensuring guests’ safety and the safe operation of the park. Meanwhile, Host/Hostess, Security, also handle safety issues in Backstage areas, and are responsible for monitoring the Disney Magic and the safety of Cast Members.
What You’ll Do:
· Ensure a safe environment through diligent awareness of surroundings while communicating all important information to team members
· Use critical thinking skills, always putting safety first when responding to or assisting with situations
· Practice common sense decision making in assisting with medical aid runs, Guest and Cast conflict situations, and other emergency response needs
· Provide excellent conflict resolution skills while balancing the importance of providing great Guest service
· Demonstrate the ability to communicate verbally and in written form through report writing
· Perform additional duties as directed by leaders
What To Bring:
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills (able to converse effectively and write clear, concise reports)
· Working in an outdoor environment and able to perform some physical labor, including standing for long periods of time and bending frequently.
· Full availability for any dates in a week and any shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays
· Possess standard and fluent Mandarin communication skills and excellent Chinese written expression abilities.
