  • 将战略目标和创意想法转化为用于营销活动和新项目的各种视频内容
  • 与市场营销和其他业务线团队跨部门协作,确保制作计划、工作流程和最终产出符合各种业务目标
  • 领导内部创意人员、影片导演、外部代理机构和供应商之间的制作相关沟通,确保按照简报、在给定预算和制作要求内按时产出
  • 推动从小型到大型的影片、电视广告或视频内容开发,包括但不限于开发概念、制定计划、推介并聘用关键制作人员、管理预算和时间线、安排采购和合同流程、设定和跟踪时间线、负责拍摄的后勤工作包括日程安排、场地勘察和技术勘景、负责日常制作和后期制作运营
  • 负责所有现场勘察、拍摄执行和后期制作各方面的统筹,排查制作问题并监控从故事板到完成的内容创作的每个层面,决定确保成功交付所需技术的适当性
  • 具备足够的技能和灵活性,无论预算多少都能运行制作
  • 主动跟踪和沟通制作里程碑或注意事项,并有效地为各项目的资源需求争取支持

As Production Marketing Manager, you’ll work independently to lead and be responsible for seasonal campaign film and content production in all aspects from providing the finest production solution to ensuring a cost and time effective high-quality delivery, together with in-house Account, Creative and Production team members, as well as Marketing and other LOB (Line of Business) function teams collaboratively.

 

You’re a production expert and excellent communicator, who could translate creative ideas into world-class works with a deep understanding of business objectives, strategic thinking, compelling storytelling, top skills of budgeting and timeline management.

 

You need to identify the best production approach and resources based on the given creative brief and production requirement, oversee planning and execution of the entire production, drive results in the process of development, pre-production, filming and post-production, make sure all deliverables are of the best output adheres to the envisioned artistic and business goals without jeopardizing deadline and budget via professional hands-on production techniques, problem solving mindset and brilliant communication skills.


To achieve the above stated objectives, you’re excepted to:

 

  • Transform strategic goals and creative ideas into different kinds of video content for Marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Partner across Marketing and other LOBs teams collaboratively to ensure the production plans, workflows and final outputs fit the various business goals
  • Lead production related conversations among in-house Creatives, Film Director, external agencies and vendors to produce on brief, on time within the given budget and production requirements
  • Drive the development of film, TV commercial or video contents from small to large scale, including but not limited to develop concepts, build plans, pitch and hire key production staff, manage budgets and timeline, arrange sourcing and contract procedures, set and track timelines, own the logistics of filming including scheduling, location scouting and tech recces, run day-to-day production and post-production operations
  • Be responsible for the orchestration of all on site scouting, filming execution and post-production all aspects, troubleshooting production issues and monitoring every level of content creation from storyboarding to finishing, making decisions about appropriateness of techniques needed to secure a successful delivery
  • Be skillful and flexible enough to run production regardless of budget
  • Track and communicate production milestones or watchouts proactively and advocate for resources needs across the projects effectively

 

In addition, you need to have these skills and experiences:

  • Must have deep understanding of Disney quality, artistic and technical production skills also exceptional knowledge of video production from pre-production to post-production
  • Must be meeting with creative team members and project owners to determine production vision, manage reviews and revisions, interpret feedback effectively
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have strong project management skills
  • Must be flexible with overnights, irregular working hours and urgent deadlines
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills
  • Be an excellent communicator and passionate about the creative process, adding insight and value to projects as they move through to execution

 

Key Qualifications

  • Have 12+ years extensive experience and skills as Bilingual Production Lead or Executive Producer in commercial, film, content production, TV programs, events or other video related fields with a strong portfolio of successful projects and a proven track record in managing high-value and volume of interdisciplinary work
  • Excellent knowledge of video filming, photography, post-production workflow, techniques and equipment
  • Strong network of industry contacts locally and globally from filming to post-production and possessing the mindset to seek out new vendors
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Hands-on skills of managing schedules, budgets, timelines
  • Familiarity with all kinds of production process from top to end
  • Deep knowledge and management skillset of video editing, color grading, graphic designs, 2D and 3D animation, visual effects, music composition, sound design and mixing production pipelines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite and video post-production software, e.g. Premiere, FCPX, Davinci
  • Outstanding communication skills and can clearly articulate your ideas both in Chinese and in English (written and spoken)
  • Capability of managing bidding, CBSF, PO and contract procedure, cost negotiation and outsource supervision
  • You are a strong team player with self-motivation and ability to work efficiently with limited resources and under high pressure with others in a team environment
