维修计划专员负责制定设备日常预防性维护计划、年度维修计划以及专项维修计划,统筹协调维修排期并推进计划落地执行,对接物料专员保障维护维修计划中所需物料及工具。使用MAXIMO系统进行物料和工具管理。根据业务需要提供文件支持。
工作内容:
• 制定年度/日常维修计划、预防性维护计划。
• 协调相关方(包括内部和外部)执行计划并管理计划进度。
• 分析维修计划流程,优化流程
• 对接景点服务经理、工程师团队、质量团队,明确机加工、本地化等物料的检验标准,确保物料接收的合规流程管控。
• 对接物料专员,确保物料和工具的及时供应。
• 跟进维修外委项目,协助对接内部/外协单位、排定维修时间、跟进施工与验收。
• 根据维修手册/制造商要求撰写作业计划(Job Plan),同时确保作业计划内容和维修手册/制造商要求内容保持一致。
• 使用MAXIMO系统管理工具台账,确保现场工具处于检验合格状态 。
• 审计和检查过程中提供必要的文件支持。
• 统筹跨部门协同对接安全、运营,资源利用提供最佳方案,确保维修计划高效推进,保障游乐设施安全合规运行。
• 根据维修计划和历史使用数据进行分析,预测物料需求,提出合理的采购策略。
• 使用MAXIMO进行物料管理以及跟踪MAXIMO 订单状态。
• 配合资产报废流程,提交资产报废申请、跟进报废审批。
• 确保计划与维修符合公司政策及当地政府法规要求
• 完成管理需求相关业务。
Job Summary:
Maintenance Planning Specialist is responsible for formulating daily preventive maintenance plans, annual maintenance plans and special maintenance plans for equipment. The role oversees and coordinates maintenance scheduling, drives the implementation of planned tasks, and cooperate with material specialists to ensure the supply of materials and tools required for maintenance and repair work. Use MAXIMO (inventory database) to manage the inventory and tools. Provide working reports per business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop annual and daily maintenance plans as well as preventive maintenance plans.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to execute plans and monitor schedule progress
• Analyze maintenance planning processes and implement process optimization.
• Cooperate with Attraction Service Managers, engineering teams and quality teams to define inspection standards for machined parts, localized materials and other supplies, and ensure compliance control over material receiving procedures.
• Collaborate with material specialists to guarantee timely supply of materials and tools.
• Follow up on inhouse/outsourced maintenance projects, cooperate with internal/external contractors, schedule maintenance time, and monitor construction progress and acceptance inspection.
• Develop Job Plans in accordance with Maintenance Manuals and Manufacturer Requirements, ensuring full consistency between Job Plan content and official specifications.
• Manage tool ledgers via the MAXIMO system to ensure all on-site tools are within valid inspection status.
• Provide necessary documentation support during audits and inspections.
• Coordinate cross-departmental collaboration with safety and operation teams, propose optimal solutions for resource utilization, ensure efficient execution of maintenance plans, and secure safe and compliant operation of amusement rides.
• Conduct analysis based on maintenance plans and historical usage data, forecast material requirements, and propose reasonable procurement strategies.
• Perform material management via MAXIMO and track order status.
• Support asset disposal procedures, submitting disposal applications, following up approval progress.
• Ensure all planning and maintenance activities comply with company policies and local government regulations.
• Complete other business tasks as required by management.

• 具备较强的数据分析能力,细节把控能力。
• 具备较强的跨部门协作能力。
• 团队意识和持续学习。
• 能根据管理要求接受不同的排班,愿意接受在周末或节假日工作。
Desired Qualifications:
• College’s degree or above. Major in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Automation is preferred.
• 2 years of experience in maintenance plan, production plan or material management is preferred.
• Knowledge of equipment maintenance programs.
• Strong organizational, coordination and communication skills; capable of managing multiple tasks concurrently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office(Excel、 PowerPoint)
• Strong data analysis skills with great attention to details.
• Experienced in cross-departmental collaboration and teamwork.
• Teamwork, willing to continuous learning.
• Available to work Sunday through Saturday, public holidays, all shifts as deemed required by management.
