实习生,项目协调
一、岗位概述
现招聘 2 名项目实习生,全面协助 WDI 酒店项目管理工作,工作重心集中在 7 至 8 月项目交接阶段(实习总计 2 个月)。可延长实习至 9 月的候选人将优先考虑。本岗位主要负责文件统筹、跨部门沟通及现场协调相关工作。
二、主要工作职责
- 协助跟进、整理项目交接交付文件,实时更新进度跟踪表并做好归档记录,定期向主管同步项目进展;
- 担任项目组内部沟通对接人,跟进待交付资料、收集各方反馈,协调各项未完成工作;
- 配合项目组完成项目交接全流程工作,对照项目交付标准清单逐项更新、核对、校验文件,确保资料准确、完整、符合规范要求;
- 按需随同项目团队现场巡检,协助现场协调工作,拍摄现场照片、收集各类所需资料;
- 协助项目管理团队整理、归档日常项目文件,汇总各类项目相关数据;
- 完成项目管理组安排的其他临时性行政及项目杂项工作。
三、实习时长
- 标准实习期:7 月 —8 月(共 2 个月)
- 优先录用条件:可 9 月续岗,提供后续配套支持
四、任职要求
专业背景
土木工程、建筑学、建筑设计、工程管理、城乡规划或其他工程、设计相关专业,相关专业应聘者优先录用。
语言能力
- 硬性要求:具备扎实的英文读写能力,可独立处理大量英文项目文件、撰写商务邮件;
- 需具备基础英语口语沟通能力。
综合能力与软素质
- 注重细节,具备优秀的文件整理、数据跟进及档案归档能力;
- 态度谦逊,主动好学,愿意持续学习项目专业知识与工作技能;
- 擅长跨部门沟通,可主动对接各职能团队跟进各项工作;
- 责任心强、工作高效,能够同时处理多项繁杂事务;
- 熟练使用 Office 基础办公软件(Excel、Word、PPT);
- 出勤稳定可靠,能够保证完整完成要求的实习周期
Intern, Project Coordination
1. Position Overview
We are recruiting 2 project interns to provide full support for the WDI hotel project management work mainly on the turnover phase throughout July and August (2 months in total). Preference might be given to candidates available to extend the internship into September. The role combines document coordination, cross-department communication, and on-site coordination work.
2. Key Job Responsibilities
- Assist in tracking and sorting project turnover deliverable documents, maintaining updated tracking matrices and filing records, and providing regular progress updates to supervisors.
- Serve as a communication liaison within the project team, follow up on pending deliverables, collect feedback, and coordinate outstanding work items.
- Assist the project team in the turnover process. Assist in updating, reviewing and verifying documents submitted against the TOD Matrix requirements item by item to ensure accuracy, completeness and compliance.
- Conduct site walks with project team to assist with on-site coordination if required, take site photos, and collect required materials.
- Assist the project management team with sorting, filing daily project documents and collecting relevant project data.
- Undertake other ad-hoc administrative and project miscellaneous tasks assigned by the project management team.
3. Internship Duration
- Standard term: July – August (2 months)
- Preferred: Able to continue working in September for extended support
4. Job Requirements
Academic Background
- Major in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Architectural Design, Construction Management, Urban Planning or other related engineering & design disciplines; relevant majors are prioritized.
Language Proficiency
- Mandatory: Solid English reading and writing ability, capable of independently processing large volumes of English project documents and drafting business emails.
- Basic oral English communication skills are required.
Competency & Soft Skills
- Detail-oriented, with strong document sorting, data tracking and filing capabilities.
- Humble with a proactive learning mindset, willing to absorb new project knowledge and work skills continuously.
- Good cross-team communication skills, able to follow up tasks proactively with different functional teams.
- Responsible, efficient and able to handle multiple miscellaneous tasks simultaneously.
- Familiar with basic Office software (Excel, Word, PPT).
- Reliable attendance, able to commit to the full internship period as required.
