Intern, Permitting Record and Information Management

Location: Shanghai, China

Business: Shanghai Disney Resort

Job Summary:

As a Permitting Record and Information Management intern you will assist the team to collect, classify, file, use and manage documents of multiple media in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Chinese Archives Law and archives management mechanism, and realize digitalization while systematically managing physical archives file management.

Job Responsibilities:

· You will support the daily work of Operations Licensing and Permitting team in general

· You will schedule and coordinate meetings of the Licensing and Permitting team, and draft meeting minutes

· You will participate in the research of Licensing and Permitting team updated regulations and government newly-launched policies

· You will translate relevant government documents, important clauses in laws and regulations as well as Licensing and Permitting working files

· You will support the preparation and application of various kinds of Licenses and Permitting

· You will work as the contact point of some government authorities if necessary

· You will assist in the internal information collection and draft bi-weekly update of Operation Licensing and Permitting team

· You will assist in document archive and control work as well as the development and maintenance of Licensing and Permitting and Cast certificate database

· You will need to complete other works assigned by team leader or head of the department

The ideal candidate will:

· Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably a master degree, majoring in Translation and Interpretation, Multimedia, Law, Marketing, Documentation Management or Public Relations is preferred; Excellent language skills for Mandarin and English both in written and verbal. Good at document translation, email drafting, communication and presentation

· Previous experience of internship in multi-national corporation is preferred

· Strong sense of responsibility in finishing the task according to the fixed timeline to ensure the work quality and efficiency of the whole team

· Proficiency in information analysis, logical thinking, summarizing and expression

· Computer and Internet proficiency in Windows system and software including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint

· Detail-oriented and be able to prioritize assignments and work well under pressure

· Be able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
