Job Summary:
JDThe role focuses on full project management for all initiatives launched by the Commercial Committee, providing comprehensive administrative, operational and strategic support to the line manager, with core responsibilities divided into 5 modules as below:
Project Full-cycle Progress Management
• Assist line leader in drafting overall project roadmap, work breakdown structure (WBS) and milestone plans for all commercial committee projects; track routine project progress in real time, record work execution status and identify potential risks, delays and bottlenecks in a timely manner.
• Compile regular project progress reports, sort out deviation analysis between actual progress and planned schedule, propose targeted rectification suggestions, and follow up the implementation of improvement actions until risks are eliminated.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders across different teams to unify work pace, resolve cross-departmental obstacles hindering project advancement, and guarantee all projects are delivered within budget and scheduled timeline.
Commercial Committee Project Meeting Arrangement & Operation
• Take full charge of the whole process arrangement of all committee meetings, including regular standing committee meetings, special project review meetings, cross-departmental alignment meetings and project kick-off/closure meetings.
• Complete pre-meeting preparation and be responsible for on-site meeting coordination, sorting out key decisions, action items, responsible persons and deadlines after meetings; track the closed-loop implementation of all action items.
Commercial committee SOP Formulation, Optimization & Daily Implementation Supervision
• Collaborate with line leader to sort out the whole workflow of commercial committee projects, formulate standardized, unified and executable commercial committee SOP to conduct efficiently for different projects.
• Regularly audit the actual execution effect of existing SOPs, collect feedback from project team members and cross-functional partners, optimize process links with low efficiency, redundant approval steps or ambiguous responsibilities, and update SOP documents iteratively.
Project Performance Evaluation & Data Analysis
• Build and improve project evaluation indicator tracker jointly with line leader, covering business output and process standardization dimensions.
• Summarize overall performance data of all commercial committee projects, conduct trend analysis of project operational indicators, and provide data-driven decision support for the leader’s subsequent project layout and resource allocation.
Ad Hoc Support Work
• Complete other temporary commercial committee project management tasks assigned by the line leader; support the leader in preparing annual commercial committee work plans, annual summaries and business presentation materials.
Job Requirements
Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor degree or above.
• 2-5 years working experience in commercial operation, project management or cross-departmental coordination role; candidates with working experience in commercial or business management department are preferred.
Professional Competencies
• Familiar with full lifecycle project management methodology, master project progress control, risk management and post-project evaluation tools; have rich experience in project reports and standardized SOP documents.
• Proficient in Office software (Excel advanced function, PPT, Word), capable of independently making data dashboard, business presentation slides and standardized process documents; familiar with common project management tools is a plus.
• Good business data analysis capability, able to extract core business insights from massive project data and support management decision-making.
Soft Skills & Language Requirement
• Excellent cross-departmental communication, coordination and problem-solving skills, able to efficiently promote multi-party collaboration and resolve project conflicts independently.
• High attention to detail, strong logical thinking ability, strong time management and multi-tasking capability, able to arrange multiple parallel committee projects orderly under tight working pressure.
• Fluent oral and written English capability, able to independently prepare English project documents and reports for internal cross-regional communication.
• Strong sense of responsibility, proactive working attitude, able to take initiative to follow up project progress without repeated supervision from leaders.
