上海迪士尼度假区收益管理与分析团队通过基于高级分析的商业解决方案,与其他团队协同推动度假区的收益与业务战略。我们的专业团队不断壮大,涵盖预测与规划、收益管理与定价等职能。
该职位负责人需与销售、市场营销、消费者洞察及运营等部门密切合作,制定收益策略与战术,以实现收益与利润最大化。主要职责涵盖餐饮、商品、年卡项目、活动及其他专项分析。

主要职责

  • 制定各业务线(餐饮、商品)的定价策略,以实现收益与利润最大化,并达成年度运营及长期计划目标。
  • 推动短期及中期收益增长策略与计划的制定,包括促销活动。
  • 制定优惠策略,通过电子优惠券项目及年卡项目推动商品与餐饮的增量收益。
  • 收集并分析外部可能对上海迪士尼有价值的商业举措,包括其他旅游景点的促销活动。
  • 基于关键绩效指标,建立准确的评估方法,定期评估绩效表现。
  • 不断质疑现状,识别当前问题,并持续优化未来使用的工具与方法。
  • 与合作伙伴(尤其是市场营销、销售及运营部门)紧密协作,确保产品开发及后续跟进的高效执行。
  • 向高级管理层提出策略建议,并以有力的分析与洞察影响决策。
  • 领导定价与收益管理团队,提供日常指导、管理与领导力,确保团队成员的职业成长与发展。
  • 通过建立有效的流程、结构与工具,制定继任计划。
  • 与全球其他迪士尼公园及度假区分享最佳实践。

职资

  • 拥有MBA或其他硕士学位,至少10年相关领域工作经验,如定价、收益管理、预测、经济学、商业规划、统计学、商业智能或运营管理等。
  • 具备扎实的商业敏感度及对中国休闲旅游与娱乐行业的深入了解。
  • 对主题乐园及娱乐行业充满热情。
  • 具备出色的定量与分析能力,拥有丰富的复杂商业分析实操经验。
  • 注重细节,具备高度的准确性。
  • 具备解决问题与批判性思维能力。
  • 强烈的责任感,能够在极少监督下按时完成多项任务并确保工作准确性。
  • 能够在快节奏、繁忙且有一定压力的环境中工作。

Senior Manager, Revenue Management and Pricing

Position: Senior Manager, Revenue Management and Pricing

Department: Revenue Management & Analytics

Location: Pudong, Shanghai

Reports to (Title): Executive Director, Revenue Management & Pricing

Position Overview

The Shanghai Disney Resort Revenue Management & Analytics team drives SHDR Revenue & Business strategies collaboratively with other teams by developing business solutions based on advanced analytics. Our growing group of professionals includes such functions as Forecasting and Planning, Revenue Management and Pricing.

This leader is responsible for developing the revenue strategies and tactics in partnership with his/her counterparts in Sales, Marketing, Consumer Insight, and Operations in order to maximize revenues and profitability. The primary areas include Food & Beverage, Merchandise, Annual Pass Program, Events, and other ad-hoc analysis. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Pricing Strategy Determination for various lines of business (Food & Beverage, Merchandise) to maximize revenues and profitability, and achieve Annual Operating and Long Term Plans.
  • Drive the development of revenue-driving initiatives strategies and plans, including promotions, in both short term and mid-term.
  • Set the offer strategy and drive incremental revenue for Mech and F&B through e-coupon project, and Annual Pass Program.
  • Take responsibility for gathering and analyzing external business initiatives that have potential value to SHDR.  These include promotions offered by other tourist venues.  
  • Develop accurate measurement methodologies to assess performance regularly, based on key performance metrics.
  • Identify current situation by always questioning the past and improve tools and methodologies for the future.
  • Collaborate closely with partners, especially Marketing & Sales departments as well as Operations to ensure efficient products development and follow-up.
  • Present recommendations to Senior Leadership and influence the decisions with strong proven analysis and insights.
  • Lead the Pricing and Revenue Management team by providing guidance, management and leadership on a daily basis. Ensure growth and development of career paths for the Cast Members.
  • Build succession plan by developing effective processes, structure and tools.
  • Share best practices with other Walt Disney Parks and Resorts destinations worldwide.

Required Qualifications

  • MBA or other Master’s degree with minimum 10 years’ work experience in business related field, such as pricing, revenue management, forecasting, economics, business planning, statistics, business intelligence, or operations management
  • Solid business acumen & industry knowledge in China leisure tourism and entertainment market
  • Enthusiasm for the theme park and entertainment industries
  • Excellent quantitative and analytical skills with substantial hands-on experience in conducting sophisticated business analysis
  • Demonstrated strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Strong sense of responsibility and the ability to meet deadlines, handle multiple priorities and perform job responsibilities accurately with minimal supervision
  • Work in a fast-paced, busy, and somewhat stressful environment
  • Ability to work in a project team-oriented environment in a complex and diverse business unit of a multi-national company
  • Self-starter and ability to deals with ambiguity
  • Possess strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, to communicate to superior and inferior departments for the organizational structure (up to Top Management) to convey key elements in a concise and positive manner
  • Demonstrated partnering, relationship-building, influencing
  • Get along with fellow team members and work as a team
  • Ability to lead, manage, and develop professional talents
  • Natural curiosity and desire to learn (including new tools)
  • Strong skills of using computes (e.g. Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), with knowledge of statistical systems (e.g. SAS) and software with the ability to quickly learn and apply new skills and techniques
  • Fluent in spoken and written Chinese and English
