职位介绍:

  • 协助主管安全经理,通过开展对演职人员和业务线部门安全检查、审计、培训、调查和会议等,逐步提升演职人员和业务线部门安全知识技能水平进而提升公司安全文化,同时该角色也将负责将迪士尼的优秀安全文化传递给演职人员、游客以及服务商。该角色需要学习并熟悉公司和当地相关安全标准和程序,支持上海迪士尼度假区相关业务线开展各级安全审计和检查,收集并分析安全数据(包括主动和被动安全指标),提出安全改进建议、制定相关安全报告并跟踪安全改进措施。

工作内容:

  • 协助迪士尼乐园和度假区安全团队,结合国家和地方安全规范、标准,对上海迪士尼度假区的安全管理程序,操作规程进行开发、完善、维护
  • 监督相关安全程序执行,确保符合国家安全生产法律法规要求;
  • 定期评审安全管理体系的运行情况,提出改进建议;
  • 组织开展定期和不定期的安全生产检查,识别并消除安全隐患
  • 监督危险源辨识、评估和分级管控工作
  • 协调主管分配工作任务和职责给安全团队成员,并带领团队跟进,收集且整合团队成员的专业建议,由此制定行动计划和分析数据/趋势,从而减少事故的发生和缓解风险。
  • 收集安全绩效数据,其中包括提前和延迟安全指数,分析事故伤害和疾病趋势数据,评估相关业务部门的安全绩效,并且提供安全改进建议。
  • 熟悉相应的行业安全标准,根据业务需求能够解决复杂的高于相关法规基本标准的问题。
  • 跨团队支持业务线部门安全培训,管理跟踪和改善,提升全员安全意识
  • 必要时可能需要在乐园运营时间外进行工作以确保安全程序的执行、审计和更新。

Welcome to the Security, Safety, Fire and Health Service Team

As an expert in security, safety, fire and health services, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe operation of the entire resort. You will design safety protocols, formulate strategies and guarantee that guests can enjoy a safe and magical experience. Throughout the implementation process, you will collaborate closely with frontline cast members, upholding industry-leading standards and effectively executing safety plans.

Job Summary:

Serve as Sr. Safety Engineer, he/she will plan and organize safety inspections, audits, trainings, investigation and meetings to improve CM and Vendors’ safety knowledge and awareness, meanwhile he/she will spread Disney excellent safety culture to casts, guests and vendors. This role is required to learn and get familiar with company and local safety standards and programs, to support SHDR LOBs to conduct tiered safety audit and inspections, collect and analysis safety statistics including both lagging and leading indicators, provide safety recommendations, prepare safety reports and follow up safety actions.

What You’ll Do:

  • Assist SHDR Safety Team in developing, improving, and maintaining SHDR safety management procedures and operating procedures in accordance with national and local safety regulations and standards.
  • Supervise the implementation of relevant safety procedures to ensure compliance with national safety laws and regulations.
  • Regularly review the operation of the safety management system and provide improvement recommendations.
  • Organize and conduct regular and irregular safety inspections to identify and eliminate safety hazards.
  • Oversee the identification, assessment, and tiered management of hazard sources.
  • Coordinate with supervisors to assign tasks and responsibilities to safety team members and lead the team in follow-up. Collect and integrate team members' professional input to develop action plans and analyze data/trends to reduce incidents and mitigate risks.
  • Collect safety performance data, including leading and lagging safety indicators, analyze incident injury and illness trend data, evaluate the safety performance of relevant LOBs, and provide safety improvement recommendations.
  • Be familiar with relevant industry safety standards and be able to solve complex issues that exceed the basic standards of relevant regulations based on business needs.
  • Provide cross-team support for LOBs safety training, manage follow-up and improvement efforts, and enhance safety awareness among all cast members.
  • When needed or assigned, may need to work before or after park hours to ensure safety programs be implemented, audited and updated.

What To Bring:

  • Bachelor degree or above;
  • Fluent in English reading and writing, communication smoothly;
  • 8 years of industrial safety management experience in industrial and commercial enterprises, petrochemical industry, construction safety, manufacturing, maintenance and repair, hospitals/hotels/theaters, large shopping malls, large commercial complexes, transportation, logistics, or warehousing etc.
  • Ability to analyze and identify trends
  • Independent and extensive professional problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to resolve conflicts and defuse difficult situations
  • Flexibility and the ability to manage in a constantly changing environment
  • Proficient negotiation and influencing skills
  • Certified Safety Engineer.
