Job Summary:

    • 了解市场趋势、宏观经济、监管变化,负责监控重点行业的动态、趋势及发展并提供分析和评估,主要针对于建筑、餐饮、零售、广告、旅游、第三方支付、电子商务行业等

    • 负责对合作企业的最新背景信息、产品、项目经验、经营规模及多样性的在线搜索及调查工作,以便完成该企业的信用评级审核

    • 负责对合作企业进行深入的财务分析和持续性的风险监控,撰写信用分析报告并总结合作企业的集团背景、经营表现和财务状况,以便于对其进行审批并提出规避信用风险的缓释工具及业务解决方案

    • 定期监测合作企业的经营动态,加强对其非财务因素评估,并结合在线搜索及调查,为相关业务部门提供每月信用预警

    • 能依据所学的知识和经验,协助部门修订并完善信用评级体系,以提高其适用性并优化企业内部的信用评估管理工作

岗位要求

    • 本科或硕士,金融或会计相关专业优先

    • 拥有至少3-5年跨国公司信用风险管理相关工作经验,有银行、信用保险或信用评级公司工作经验者优先

    • 拥有扎实的信用风险管理知识,有评估信控流程效率、量化分析和实施解决方案的经验

    • 在信用评估、风险评测及风险缓释等方面具有较强的搜索、研究及分析能力

    • 较强的工作灵活性和适应能力,能适应快节奏工作环境

    • 批判性思维,逻辑思维强

    • 优秀的英语书面和口头表达能力

    • 较强的商务沟通能力,熟练掌握办公应用软件,如Excel和PowerPoint

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stay up-to-date on recent market trend, macro-economic, regulatory changes, and monitor and assess the trends and development in key industries, mainly in construction, catering, retail, advertising, tourism, payment, E-commerce, and etc.

  • Conduct online research investigation of assigned counterparties’ latest background information, products, experiences, operating scale and diversifications, to facilitate credit scorecard population and credit rating classification

  • Perform in-depth financial analysis and on-going monitoring on assigned counterparties’ credit risk, and draft credit review report by summarizing key points of group background, operating status, and financial position, to accomplish credit approvals and propose risk mitigation vehicles and business solutions

  • Conduct regular monitoring on business operation status and changes, share timely information as well as relevant business implications on counterparties, to strengthen non-financial factors evaluation through providing monthly credit alert to main commercial LOBs

  • Be able to leverage your learnings and experiences to support the refinement of credit scorecard and rating criteria to improve the applicability of credit rating structure and optimize in-house credit assessment for uncertainties

Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or above (major in Finance or Accounting is preferred)

  • At least 3-5 years credit risk management experience in multinational corporations, working experience in banking, credit insurance or credit rating companies is a plus

  • Good knowledge of credit management, experience in assessing credit process efficiencies, quantifying opportunities and implementing solutions

  • Strong research and analytical skills in relation to credit assessments, risk scoring, risk mitigation, and etc.

  • Flexible and embraces diversity of job tasks, able to work under fast-paced environment

  • Critical thinking and logical thinking

  • Excellent in written and verbal English skills

  • Strong business communication skills, both verbally and through the use of PowerPoint and Excel
