职位介绍:该环境事务工程师将协助上海迪士尼度假区(SHDR)环境事务经理处理技术支持及行政工作,负责支持废物管理、基础环境相关审批事宜、为节能减排工作提供信息/数据收集服务,并承担环境事务团队的行政任务。

工作内容:

主要负责组织内固体废物(含危险废物)的全流程标准化管理,确保符合国家、地方环境法规及企业环境管理要求,推动固体废物减量化、资源化利用。

支持环境相关检查工作,整合所需文件并向地方政府部门申请审批,确保项目满足环境合规要求。

整合能源、水、固体废物、化学品等环境相关数据,设定目标并跟踪监测。

支持内部沟通工作,提供环境相关培训。

协调项目各方及利益相关者处理环境事务(EA)相关行政工作,包括会议安排、后勤保障、会议纪要撰写、文件提交等。

管理雨水在线监测设施,审核月度报告。

协调地球月、环保小贴士等环境事务相关推广活动。

支持环境事务团队的采购及合同签订流程。

完成环境事务相关的其他工作任务。

Welcome to the Facility and Operation Services Team As someone in the field of environmental protection and sustainable development, you have long accumulated professional experience in core areas such as carbon emission reduction, water resource optimization, waste recycling management, green buildings, and ecosystem protection. The Environmental Affairs of Shanghai Disney Resort (SHDR) provides you with a global practice platform and advanced industry resource support. With your cutting-edge technical accumulation, you will support establishing a full-process environmental compliance management system, promoting the practice of Disney's 2030 Environmental Goals, and leading the implementation of sustainable projects. From compliance to green sustainability, every practice will become a model in the field of environment and sustainable development. Job Summary: This engineer of Environmental Affairs will assist the Manager, Environmental Affairs of SHDR on technical support and administration tasks. This incumbent will be responsible to support waste management, basic environmental related approval, provide information/data collection for energy & water saving, and administration tasks to the Environmental Affairs team.

What You’ll Do:

  • Primarily responsible for the whole-process standardized management of solid waste (including hazardous waste and general solid waste) in the organization, ensuring compliance with national, local environmental regulations and corporate environmental management requirements, and promoting the reduction, recycling of solid waste.
  • Support the environmental related inspection, integrate required documents and apply approval from local government agencies to meet project environmental compliance requirements.
  • Integrate environmental related data, like energy, water, waste, chemical, etc. for baseline setup and tracking.
  • Support internal communication and provide environmental related trainings. Coordinate between different parties and stakeholder of the project on the EA related administration tasks, including, meeting arrangement, logistics, meeting minutes, documents submission, etc.
  • Manage on-line stormwater monitoring program and review monthly report. Coordinate the EA related promotion activities such as Earth Month and environment tips.
  • Support on EA team’s purchasing and contracting processes. Other initiatives may be needed for Environment Affairs.

    What To Bring:

    • Bachelor degree or above in similar major, like environmental science, environmental engineer or related is preferred
    • Solid Knowledge in environmental related regulations & standards Knowledge of Env. permitting and related processes
    • Knowledge of sustainability techniques and best practices
    • Knowledge of Natural Education and Conservation activities is preferred Knowledge of GHG protocol Scope 3 standards is preferred.
    • Excellent administrative, communication and data analysis skills required Computer and Internet proficiency in Chinese and English software required Excellent English required
    • Must be detail-oriented and able to prioritize assignments and work well under pressure
    • Keenness on cultural differences among business partners and be able to bridge the cultural gap between US and Chinese partners.
    • Proven ability to work in a complex and diverse major business unit of a multi-national company.
