职位介绍：

作为维修技术员，您将执行上海迪士尼度假区景点设施设备的故障排除、维修和翻新工作，以确保上海迪士尼度假区设施资产其维修质量（景点、设备等）的质量。理解安全、合规和生产力的重要性，并培养良好的团队协作精神。

工作内容：

·      执行测试、预防和纠正性维护、故障排除、大型翻修或安装，包括：各种游乐设备与演出元素中的电气或机械系统，并完成指定的任务；

·      学习并熟练使用公司所提供的系统 与维修工具，以便在其他资深维修技术员的指导下完成维修工作；

·      承担车间所需维修工具和备件的申请工作，协助安排团队培训计划；

·      接受在岗培训课程并完成理论、实践培训，最终通过相应考试；

·      负责维修工作间的整理，备件库存管理，参加例行交接班会议。

我们希望您：

·      具备标准流利的普通话沟通能力和良好的中文书面表达能力，拥有阅读和理解蓝图的能力 ；

·      2年以上的设备维修工作经验；

·      机械、电气或自动化专业者优先考虑；

·      电气方向：在电工维修、电气控制、PLC控制逻辑、发动机等中，需掌握一个或多个方面的专业知识，能够读懂电路图，具有低压电工操作证 ，有维修电工等级证者优先；

·      机械方向：在机械维修、液压和气动维修中，需掌握一个或多个方面的专业知识，能够读懂图纸，有维修钳工等级证者优先；

·      可以接受灵活的工时安排，需要覆盖园区运营的时间和通宵班，包括国定假日；

·      可以学习并理解维修作业计划，使用相关维修系统 ，有独立阅读工程图纸的能力者优先考虑；

·      具有优秀的团队合作精神，良好的沟通技巧并且态度积极乐观；

·      对维修工具和操作间有极强的主人翁意识；

·      可以接受在工业型后台区环境下进行工作， 经常在户外高温和潮湿的环境下工作。

By ensuring the smooth operation of every magical experience and contributing to our many industry awards and honors, you will help carry forward Disney’s spirit of craftsmanship.

Job Summary:

 As Technician, you will executeion the hands-on maintenance work for the troubleshooting, repair, refurbishment, and show the quality of Shanghai Disney Resort Facility Assets (Attractions, Equipment, etc.). Having good teamwork and cooperation spirit while understanding safety, regulatory compliance and productivity are important.

What You’ll Do:

·      Execute test, preventative and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, major rehab, or installation on a wide variety of equipment, including electrical and mechanical systems for the ride and show elements, and apply specific craft skills to accomplish the assigned tasks;

·      Able to learn and use company-provided technology systems and equipment, to finish the maintenance tasks under other senior technicians’ instruction;

·      Initiate the request of the workshop applied tools and spares, and help the team to coordinate training plans;

·      Attend job training sessions and knowledge and performance assessment training, then pass examinations;

·      Perform workshop housekeeping, inventory control, and attend the shift briefing.

What To Bring:

·      Possess standard and fluent Mandarin communication skills and excellent Chinese written expression abilities and spirit of cooperation.

·      At least 2 years’ work experience in equipment maintenance;

·      Major in Mechanical, Electrical or Automation is preferred;

·      Electrical: Must master one or more aspects of professional knowledge such as electrical maintenance, electrical control, PLC control logic, engine, etc. Able to read electric drawing and hold low voltage electrician operating certificate, the maintenance electrician senior certificate holder is preferred;

·      Mechanical: Must master one or more aspects of professional knowledge such as mechanical maintenance, hydraulic and pneumatic maintenance, etc. Able to read mechanical drawing, the maintenance fitter senior certificate holder is preferred;

·      Can take flexible work shifts that cover the attraction operating hours and third shift, including public holidays;

·      Able to learn and understand technical job plans and using the maintenance system, ability to read engineering drawings independently is preferred;

·      Excellent team spirit, good communication skills, and a positive attitude;

·      Strong sense of ownership on the maintenance equipment and work;

·      Able to work in the industrial and backstage type of environment. Frequently work in an outdoor, hot, and humid environment.
