岗位总体描述

演出布景电气工程师负责与演出布景电气系统相关的电子 / 电气工程工作（涵盖电子动画、演艺动作设备、特效系统等），耐用性、长寿命、可靠性与安全性是核心要求。需在团队中完成各类工程任务，包括方案设计、原型制作、电路设计、装配设计、系统集成、设备容量与配套基建规划、生产支持、现场安装及调试校准。

核心职责

• 制作、生产与安装复杂原型电气组件，重点负责布线、端接、组件及系统故障排查。
• 协助高级电气工程师进行电气组件与系统的设计开发，包括绘制接线图、接线表、连接器清单等。
• 与质量管控及工程部门直接协作，识别、纠正并规避装配不符合项。
• 持续掌握全球前沿技术。
• 确保工作符合部门标准与流程。
• 制定技术规范与测试方案。
• 跟进设计落地，直至系统正常运行并完成交付。
• 审核并批准电子子系统的顶层总图、布局图及设计图纸发布。
• 收集整理电气设备供应商技术规格。
• 解决设计冲突，按需修订电子元器件技术要求。
• 确保电子设备详细图纸完成审核校验。
• 按需协助首件装配问题排查。
• 确保演艺系统交付目标达成。
• 对照图纸与技术要求，核验电子设备现场安装。
• 审核最终电子系统调试、验收文件是否符合交付要求。
• 为演艺系统操作人员与维护人员提供培训支持。

 GENERAL ROLE DESCRIPTION:

Show Electrical Engineer performs Electronic/Electrical Engineering activities related to Show Electrical Systems (Animatronics, Show Action Equipment, Special Effects, etc.) where durability, long life, reliability, and safety are a paramount concern. Function within a team performing various engineering tasks including concepts, mock-ups, circuit design, assembly design, system integration, facility sizing and supporting infrastructure, production, installation, and test and adjust.

CORE FUNCTION & RESPONSIBILITIES:

·      Fabricate, manufacture and install complex, prototypical electrical assemblies with a strong focus on wiring, terminating, and troubleshooting assemblies and systems.

·      Assist Senior Electrical Engineer on design and development of electrical assemblies & systems, including producing wiring diagrams, wiring lists, and connector schedules.

·      Collaborate directly with QC and Engineering functions to identify, correct, and mitigate deviations from assembly requirements

·      Must stay versed on current technology worldwide.

·      Ensure conformance to department standards and procedures.

·      Develop specifications and test plans.

·      Responsible for following a design through to successful operation and turnover.

·      Review and authorize for release detailed top level, layout and design drawings of electronic subsystems.

·      Identify and collect vendor electrical equipment specifications.

·      Resolve design conflicts and revise electronic element requirements, as required.

·      Insure the checking of detailed electronic equipment drawings.

·      Assist in troubleshooting of first article assembly problems as required.

·      Ensure Show System deliverables are met.

·      Verify electronic equipment installation against drawings and requirements.

·      Review final electronic Test and Adjust and acceptance testing documentation against deliverables.

·      Support Show System operator and maintenance training.

• 了解迪士尼及行业质量保证 / 质量管控政策与流程。
• 能完成复杂组件与系统的布线、端接及故障排查。
• 熟练使用先进诊断技术、设备与软件进行系统搭建与维修。
• 了解产品相关的 UL 认证、CCC 认证要求。
• 具备现场集成、调试与校准能力。

学历要求

• 优先本科及以上理学学士学位，或同等学历、同等相关工作经验

 BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

·      Knowledge of the procedures required to develop procurement specifications and design documents with emphasis on complex systems involving equipment, components, systems design and integration, procurement and installation.

·      Ability to communicate effectively in both Mandarin and English

·      Advance knowledge of electronic & electrical design principles

·      Understanding of mechanical and software systems

·      Demonstrated electro-mechanical assembly skills

·      Knowledge of computer, power, and communications theory

·      Ability to present technical concepts in manner understandable by non-technical people

·      Proficiency with MS Office products (Word, Excel, and Outlook), familiar with AutoCAD

·      Ability to read, interpret, produce, and integrate wiring diagrams, wiring lists, connector schedules, and schematics

·      Ability to identify and apply QA/QC process and procedures based on scope

·      Knowledge of Disney and industry QA/QC procedures and policies

·      Ability to wire, terminate and troubleshoot complex assemblies and systems

·      Advanced set-up and repair skills using state-of-the-art diagnostic techniques, equipment, and software

·      Understanding of UL Compliance, and CCC Compliance related to product line

·      Ability to field Integration includes Test & Adjust

·      Minimum 3 years of experience in electro-mechanical assembly, with a specific focus on wiring, terminating, repairing, and/or troubleshooting complex electrical assemblies & systems

·      Prior theme park or applicable industry design experience preferred

EDUCATION:

·      Bachelor of Science degree preferred, or equivalent degree required or equivalent work experience
