• 与明星艺人、各行业意见领袖及各类媒体记者建立长期、稳定、密切的合作关系，发展和维护名人资料库。确保度假区正面和积极的媒体曝光，有效提升度假区的曝光度。

• 组织支持明星艺人、博主、媒体参与的活动以及素材拍摄。

• 策划和举办度假区的各类媒体活动，包括媒体发布会、直播、媒体圆桌会议、媒体参观、采访、和拍摄等。

• 产出高质量的内容和素材包括新闻稿、专稿、创意图文和视频等，以支持传讯策略。

• 洽谈媒体内容合作机会，借助媒体、意见领袖、和明星名人的影响力，以整合内容协助推广度假区品牌和增加社交媒体热度。

资格要求

• 公共事务、新闻、传媒和其他相关专业本科学历。

• 5-8年以上国内跨国公司或公关公司相关工作经验。

• 了解国内媒体、社交网络和关键意见领袖的现状；敏锐的媒体关系构建者，具备一定的媒体关系。

• 表现出创造性思维和项目创新的能力，并具有预见相关问题的能力。

Position Overview

This position will support the External Communications function of the Public Affairs and Communications at Shanghai Disney Resort. The primary responsibilities of this position include establishing and maintaining robust relationships with celebrities, media, and key opinion leaders through proactive communications. By developing and implementing strategic PR projects and initiatives, the role will consolidate all available resources to enhance the resort’s visibility, secure positive media and social coverages of the resort and its products, and further elevate the recognition of the resort’s brand and experiences. In addition, the position will also be responsible for media event arrangement, content creation for external communication purpose.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with team to implement comprehensive PR plans targeting celebrities, media, and key opinion leaders. Communicate strategically to tell SHDR stories and support business goals.

• Establish and maintain long-term, stable, and close cooperative relationships with media, key opinion leaders and celebrities, ensuring positive and proactive media and social exposure for the resort.

• Coordinate events and content shoots involving celebrities, influencers, and media partners.

• Work with the team to design and host media activities and initiates of all kinds for the resort, including livestreams, press events, media visits and shootings, and interviews.

• Create compelling assets required including press releases, features and creative photos and videos to support communications strategy.

• Proactively look for partnership opportunities with media, key opinion leaders and celebrities, leveraging their influence to promote the resort brand and increase social media engagement.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Public Affairs, Journalism, Communications or other relevant areas.

• 5-8 years of media relations experience in Mainland China with multinational corporations or agencies.

• Good knowledge of the media, social and key opinion leader landscape; and Keen relationship builder with solid media relations in China

• Demonstrated creative thinking and the ability to take initiative with projects and anticipate issues of concern.

• Excellent oral/written communication and presentation skills, in both English and Mandarin Chinese.

• Disciplined organizational skills in all aspects of job performance with strong attention to detail.

• Strong project management skills.

• Flexibility, resourcefulness and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing and growing environment.

• Proactive, self-starter.

• Demonstrated ability to work in multicultural environment.
