Job Summary:
As a Senior Specialist of the Partner Relationship Office, your main responsibilities include drafting and organizing documents for Party/Union/Youth League organizations, providing logistical support for meetings, managing communication platforms, and planning and organizing activities. You will work within a matrix organizational structure, collaborating with multiple lines of business, and are expected to possess strong project management and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee documentation for Party/Union/Youth League Office, including reports, working plans, memos, meeting minutes, and presentation materials.
- Prepare Party/Union/Youth League meeting agendas, coordinate logistics, and provide general administrative support.
- Design and coordinate Party/Union/Youth League activities and caring programs through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage daily operations of communication channels, such as WeChat accounts, public email inboxes, and bulletin boards.
- Any other works assigned by the leader.
Desired Qualifications:
• Full professional proficiency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in Party/Union/Youth League affairs, HR, or administration.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver quality work within set deadlines.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Responsible, reliable, and a good team player.
