  • 您将通过与有关部门或业务条线来识别和管理酒店新项目和方案的挑战和潜在风险;
  • 您将与相关业务条线联络,为新项目或方案挑战制定详细的解决办法,并切实有效的实施战略和计划;

·      您将积极跟进所负责项目的各项任务,包括数据分析,解决方案匹配,根据项目的不同要求建立并更新文档;

·      您将依据运营要求,独立完成现场运营支持工作;

Job Summary:

As a Senior Specialist, Hotel System and Experience, your primary duty is to ensure that the business systems perform as expected. You will support the Hotel Operations Team in developing and implementing new hotel initiatives and work with other lines of business on behalf of hotels to support and promote Shanghai Disneyland Hotel and Toy Story Hotel on a business level.  You will need to seek out deficiencies, failures, and inefficiencies within the business systems, and develop new best practices to create solutions to optimize the systems’ productivity and operational efficiency; understand the guest needs and come up with the right strategy and communicate and coordinate with various lines of business in supporting of these strategies.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will be deeply involved in planning, overseeing and reporting of all the execution of the new projects and initiative related tasks and activities;
  • You will identify and manage challenges or potential risks of the new hotel projects or initiatives by engaging conversations with concerned sections or departments or Line of Businesses(LOBs);
  • You will liaise with relative LOBs to develop detailed solutions to new project and initiative challenges and implement strategies and plans efficiently and effectively;

·      You will actively follow up on assigned tasks and projects and carry out data analysis, solution matching, document creation or updates according to the different requirements of the project;

·      You will independently perform onsite operations support duties according to the operational requirements;

·      You will perform system data analysis independently and convey findings and updates to upper-level management;

·      You will identify and analyze problems from all angles, and provide the best recommendation for any business adjustment;

·      You will accurately process and update related work orders according to support service requirements, determine the priorities of a problem and the tasks being assigned;

·      You will provide a high level of customer satisfaction, IT service, and technical expertise. Be able to deliver timely and quality system support services according to the service level agreements;

·      You will actively follow up on the team’s unassigned work tasks and assist the team to drive towards quality resolutions;

·      You will be open to learning new technologies and stay up to date on technical trends. Be able to leverage your learnings to build solutions that can improve operational efficiency or the customer experience;

·      You will be able to share your learnings and knowledge with other team members daily in order to support the team’s growth;

·      You will regularly review the systems permissions of the hotel, personnel system accesses, and archive them for auditing purposes;

·      You will work with hotel operation leaders to formulate the annual hotel IT budget, by analyzing the existing software, hardware usage, and life cycle, and propose a replacement budget reasonably and effectively;

·      You will prepare presentations to management team, Business Units, or other functional teams as required;

·      You will be flexible with work schedule, including weekends, variable shifts, and holidays;

·      You will perform other work related duties that may be assigned by the line manager.

 

Desired Qualifications:

·      Bachelor's degree or above;

·      Minimum 2 years' work experience in Hotel or Hospitality Industry for leading multi-national company;

·      Knowledge in Hotel systems;

·      Be proficient in installation package design and Windows Operating System;

·      Able to work under pressure;

·      Proficient in both Chinese and English reading and writing;

·      Experience working in complex and diverse multinational companies or project teams across lines of business;

·      Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced working environment as part of an efficient team;

·      Strong business and cultural sensitivity;

·      Ability to think independently and be able to solve challenging problems with innovative solutions;

·      Innovative thinker who can drive creative solutions on the cooperation across IT and lines of business;

·      Curious about new technology, new technology trends and hotel operations;

·      Passionate about the entertainment industry and the tourism industry.
