
IT PMO Administrator
Job Summary:
JOB DESCRIPTION
The IT PMO Administrator is dedicated to provide support for the APAC Enterprise Technology team, covering a wide range of activities and process management. This role will work closely with APAC IT team members and also work in collaboration with cross-function communication among internal Procurement & Sourcing, Legal, Finance & Account, and external vendors.
RESPONSIBLITIES
- IT Procurement
- Manage APAC IT purchasing including request orders, vendor communication, goods received, invoice received and new vendor setup;
- Manage the IT purchase to pay process to ensure timely and accuracy of cost execution;
- Tracking, reviewing and reporting required spending status to budget owners;
- Be the point of contact between IT and PTP support teams to resolve purchase order (PO) issues, including goods receipting, service entries, and invoice payment issues.
- PMO Support
- Assisting in IT AOP and forecasting process;
- Manage upkeep of PMO Teams site and ensure documentation is kept up to date;
- Support improvement initiatives across purchases and project administration.
- IT Operation Support
- Assist the company owned mobile phone process, including user registration, renewal, termination, bill mapping and processing.
- Act as the organization contact point and liaise with internal and external stakeholders;
- Contract filing and assist in legal chop process to ensure policy compliance
- Provide administrative support to the IT department as required.
REQUISITE QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Education & Training
- University degree in Business Administration or equivalent
Working Experience
- 3+ years of relevant experience. Multi-national company experience is a plus;
- Prior experience as project assistant, procurement representative, or team admin;
- Experience in Excel, SAP (for purchase orders) and Coupa.
- Basic Procurement, Finance & Accounting knowledge

Other pre-requisites, languages
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent command in Chinese and English, both verbal and written
