作为演员招聘助理，您将协助上海迪士尼度假区进行专业演员的招聘，计划并管理甄选活动，以及开发和维护有效的甄选推广。同时，您将需要与相关部门合作完成演员聘用，包括但不限于合同管理、签证申请、入离职支持、证件管理及行程预定。

工作内容：

· 您将协助完成演员入职资料的收集、检查存档、整理数据、递交有关资料给相关工作伙伴；

· 您将协助完成演员签证管理；包括签证申请，注销，更新。

· 您将负责维护文档、合同及法律文件；

· 您需要协助向演员发出合作意向书并与人力资源部协作完成正式的聘用程序。

· 您将协助处理供应商列表、合同及通讯往来；

· 您将需要协助与不同的群体进行有效的沟通，包括但不限于候选人、大学教师和供应商等；

· 您将需要熟悉新媒体的传播方式，协助微信公众号等新媒体账号的日常运营工作;

· 您将协助演员甄选活动，包括但不限于甄选推广、现场活动支持；

· 您将需要协助维护内部及全球数据库，包括人才信息、甄选数据、视频等；

· 您将需要协助扩展及维护数据库、通讯录名单、邮寄名单和归档系统；

· 您将对保密信息进行有效的管理；

· 您将为演员招聘总监及经理提供行政支持。

我们希望您：

· 目前为在校学生（毕业时间不早于2027年6月），专业不限，对舞台演出有较大的热情；

· 拥有长期、充裕的时间进行实习工作，每周至少保证有三天的工作时间；

· 耐心细致，注重细节、有条理、具备同时处理多任务的能力；

· 具备突出的计算机技能，包括但不限于Excel、Microsoft Word、PowerPoint和Outlook；

· 拥有较好的创意及文案能力;

· 具备突出的组织技能，能够独立主动地工作；

· 有团队协作能力，在需要时协助团队其他助理完成工作；

· 拥有流利的中英文口语和写作能力以及电话沟通礼仪；

· 能够谨慎和妥当地处理个人信息。
