工作内容：

• 支持分拨中心的日常运营，包括人员排班、配送计划、订单管理及库存管理等相关工作。

• 与相关团队及项目成员协作，支持项目范围、时间计划和资源安排的协调。

• 协助整理和更新项目预算、时间计划及任务清单。

• 协助安排项目会议，并准备会议议程、简报及其他相关材料。

• 使用 Smartsheet、Microsoft Project 或其他同类工具更新并跟踪项目计划及整体进度。

• 根据公司政策和流程，协助记录、跟进并协调项目执行过程中发现的问题。

• 协助整理项目进展信息，并为相关方准备进度报告。

• 支持福袋相关运营沟通，以及退回供应商流程（Return to Vendor，RTV）的协调与跟进。

Welcome to Integrated Supply Chain

As part of the Integrated Supply Chain team, you will support distribution center operations and supply chain project coordination, with exposure to order and inventory management, project tracking, operational data consolidation, and cross-functional collaboration. You will also gain insight into the end-to-end process of planning, designing, and implementing supply chain solutions.

Job Summary:

As an Integrated Supply Chain Intern, you will support the daily operations of the distribution center and assist with supply chain project coordination, including order and inventory management, project progress tracking, meeting preparation, and operational data consolidation. You will have opportunities to collaborate with cross-functional teams and gain exposure to the end-to-end process of planning, designing, and implementing supply chain solutions.

Line Manager: Manager, Supply Chain Strategy & Operations Project

What You’ll Do:

• Support the daily operations of the distribution center, including workforce scheduling, delivery planning, order management, and inventory management.

• Collaborate with relevant teams and project members to support the coordination of project scope, timelines, and resource allocation.

• Assist in maintaining and updating project budgets, schedules, and task lists.

• Assist in scheduling project meetings and preparing agendas, briefings, and other relevant meeting materials.

• Update and track project plans and overall progress using Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or equivalent tools.

• Assist in documenting, following up on, and coordinating project issues in accordance with company policies and procedures.

• Assist in consolidating project updates and preparing progress reports for stakeholders.

• Support operational communication related to lucky bags and assist in coordinating and following up on the Return to Vendor (RTV) process.

What To Bring:

• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Ability to adapt to a variety of assignments and changing priorities.

• Detail-oriented, patient, and equipped with good communication and collaboration skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Academic background in supply chain or previous project management experience is preferred.
