 职位介绍：

作为餐饮团队的创意实习生，您将为各类印刷品及宣传物料的设计与执行提供专业支持。您将与多方团队合作，协助制定并执行设计策略，确保品牌一致性，并为迪士尼主题乐园度假区提供高质量的视觉资产。您将协助为各类项目创作最终图稿，主要关注菜单设计及其他面向游客的物料。

工作内容：

1.      创意开发与设计执行

·      主要为菜单、促销标识、餐具图案及其他餐饮相关印刷品协助进行创意构思、设计与高质量平面视觉资产的执行。

·      协助确保所有设计产出严格遵守迪士尼品牌指南、创意标准和质量基准。

·      协助准备并最终化可供供应商生产的制作文件，确保符合技术规格。

2.      项目协调与沟通

·      与运营、市场及其他创意团队合作，协助收集需求，理解项目目标，并协助定义设计方向。

·      协助管理设计项目时间线，帮助确保为市场活动、季节性菜单发布及其他项目及时交付设计作品。

·      参与创意简报会，协助展示设计方案，并整合各方的反馈意见。

3.      视觉资产制作支持

·      协助协调拍摄时间、场地及后勤需求，以支持拍摄计划。

·      在拍摄期间根据需要提供现场协助，并协助管理最终图片素材的收集、整理与归档。

4.      菜单与内容管理

·      协助以高度的细节关注度维护和更新菜单内容，帮助确保菜品名称、描述及价格的准确性。

·      协助整合不同版本的菜单，并协调其最终制作、印刷及发放流程。

 我们希望您：

·      正在攻读或已获得平面设计、视觉传达、艺术或相关专业学士学位

·      拥有展示平面设计、字体排版及印刷/数字媒体版式基础技能的作品集

·      拥有平面设计项目的基础经验或浓厚兴趣；有酒店、餐饮或零售行业相关经验者优先

·      具备创造力、审美意识及对细节的关注

·      具备良好的沟通、演示表达及人际交往能力，乐于学习并阐述设计理念

·      在快节奏环境中，拥有协助处理多项任务的能力及协调能力。

·      积极主动的团队合作者，态度积极，热衷于为创造神奇的游客体验做出贡献

·      熟练使用行业标准设计软件，主要为 Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)

·      中英文书面及口语流利者优先

 Job Summary:

As a Creative Intern within the Food & Beverage team, you will provide professional support for the design and execution of various print and promotional materials. You will collaborate with multiple teams to assist in developing and executing design strategies, ensure brand consistency, and help deliver high-quality visual assets for the Disney theme park resort. You will assist in creating final artwork for a variety of projects, primarily focusing on menu design and other guest-facing materials.

What You’ll Do: 

1.      Creative Development & Design Execution

·      Assist in conceptualizing, designing, and executing high-quality graphic design assets, primarily for menus, promotional signage, tableware graphics, and other F&B-related print materials.

·      Help ensure all design outputs adhere strictly to Disney brand guidelines, creative standards, and quality benchmarks.

·      Support the preparation and finalization of production-ready artwork for vendor handoff, ensuring technical specifications are met.

2.      Project Coordination & Communication

·      Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, and other creative teams to gather requirements, understand project objectives, and define design directions.

·      Assist in managing design project timelines to help ensure on-time delivery for marketing campaigns, seasonal menu launches, and other initiatives.

·      Participate in creative briefings, assist in presenting design concepts, and incorporate feedback from stakeholders.

3.      Visual Asset Production Support

·      Support photoshoot planning by assisting in the coordination of schedules, locations, and logistical requirements.

·      Provide on-site assistance during photoshoots as needed and help manage the collection, organization, and archiving of final image assets.

4.      Menu & Content Management

·      Assist in maintaining and updating menu content with a keen attention to detail, helping to ensure accuracy of item names, descriptions, and pricing.

·      Help consolidate various menu versions and coordinate their final production, printing, and distribution processes.

What To Bring:

·      Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.

·      A portfolio of work that demonstrates foundational skills in graphic design, typography, and layout for print/digital media.

·      Basic experience with or a strong interest in graphic design projects; exposure to hospitality, F&B, or retail environments is a plus.

·      Creativity, an aesthetic sense, and attention to detail.

·      Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a willingness to learn and articulate design ideas.

·      Ability to assist in managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, with coordination skills.

·      A collaborative team player with a positive attitude and a passion for contributing to magical guest experiences.

·      Proficiency in industry-standard design software, primarily Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).

·      Fluency in both written and spoken Mandarin and English is preferred.
