对整个度假区的园艺维护工作,提供技术监督和指导,体现上海迪士尼度假区园艺和园林绿化的质量。协助园艺团队经理,带领一线养护人员,展开包括种植及修剪,花镜设计及更换等度假区内日常园艺工作。做好计划及订购绿化材料、工具和设备,协助园艺部门招聘、面试和新员工的培训。在管理安全、合规和生产力的同时发扬高水平的团队工作精神。


工作内容:

·      有高度的安全意识

·      在安全可靠的前提下,来确保工作区域的质量

·      带领20人左右的一线团队进行日常景观维护工作

·      在执行日常维护工作时,直接监督一线团队的安全、质量、效率、礼仪等

·      制定排班计划,管理工作进度和任务优先级

·      定期巡检度假区园艺和景观质量,发现问题及时处理,重要问题保持良好沟通反馈

·      做好日常工作的计划、组织安排及现场管理,如大树种植、季节花坛更换等

·      支持园艺部门制定运营工作计划和标准作业规范

·      负责新员工和实习生的招聘、雇佣和到岗培训工作

·      负责并跟进落实一线团队的月度、季度、年度培训工作

·      做好工具设备、绿化材料、外包服务等询价和采购,并根据公司规定做好询价比价流程。

·      做好园艺部门各种工具、设备、材料等公司资产的管理管控,培训并授权合规的一线园丁操作使用

·      做好月度、季度、年度的预算及费用管控,做好仓库5S规范的管理

·      协助创建和遵守业务条线的年度运营计划,包括项目工作计划、一线团队绩效考核

·      管理由供应商和承包商提供的服务,确保第三方服务公司按照迪士尼规范进行作业

·      参与度假区新项目中的园艺景观质量控制和技术支持

·      阐释景观设计意图,并做出维护决策,以加强和增强设计意图

·      与公司其他各部门做好工作的沟通交流和支持对接

·      完成团队经理或高级经理安排的其他相关工作

我们希望您:

·      拥有园林、园艺、农学或林学大专及以上学位或丰富的园艺经验

·      拥有5年以上景观或者园艺方面的工作经验

·      在团队管理方面拥有3年以上的领导经验

·      掌握丰富的园林绿化/园艺方面的技能,熟悉华东区域常用绿化植物

·      有大型园林绿化景观项目的工作经验

·      了解最新的园林绿化和园艺技术

·      具备解决问题的技能,以及不断学习提升新技能

·      出色的解决问题以及不断改进提升的能力  

·      能够熟练使用用于园林/园艺维护工作的工具和设备     

·      能够编制项目报告,准确报告信息,并按时交付负责的项目

·      工作中能与公司不同级别的员工进行沟通和协作(包括一线团队,协助人员,经理,工程师等),也能与跨部门的同事协调合作,推动项目完成 

·      做好部门资产如各种工具、设备、材料等的保管和维护

·      对园艺有害生物防治、全自动灌溉有基本掌握和了解

Job Summary:

Provide technical direction for the maintenance and show quality of SHDR Horticulture and Landscaping. Support Team Managers to provide leadership to maintenance workers performing regular maintenance activities throughout the resort, like plant pruning and planting, Seasonal flower design and replacement. Assist in the identification, procurement and set up of support tools, equipment and supplies. Support recruitment efforts, interview and hire front line maintenance workers in the areas of horticulture. Develop a high level of teamwork and cooperation while managing safety, regulatory compliance and productivity. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

·      Demonstrate a visible commitment to safety

·      Ensure the safety, reliability and show the quality of assigned assets

·      Provide leadership to approximately 20 frontlines performing daily management on landscape and horticulture

·      Provide direct supervision of frontlines while executing ongoing maintenance work, Directly supervise the Safety, Quality, Efficiency, and Courtesy of the frontlines personnel.

·      Establish work schedules, shift assignment and work prioritization.

·      Regularly inspect the quality of horticultural landscape in the resort, Find problems and deal with it in time. Keep good communication and feedback on important problems

·      Do a good job in work planning, organization and on-site management, such as tree planting, seasonal flower replacement, etc

·       Support the develop operation guideline & SOP for the various Horticulture Team frontlines positions.

·      Participate in the recruitment, hiring and training of frontlines and interns.

·      Be responsible for and follow up the monthly, quarterly and annual training of frontlines employees

·       Provide support with the ordering of goods and services including, ordering of plants, rental of specialty equipment, selecting and assigning maintenance service contracts and competitive bidding in partner with Sourcing and Procurement Team.

·      Manage and control the company's assets such as various tools, equipment and materials in the horticulture department, train and authorize the frontlines to operate and use them in compliance with regulations.

·      Manage the monthly, quarterly and annual budgets and expenses, and manage the 5S standards of the warehouse.

·      Management of the annual operating budget for Line of Business

·      Manage all landscape contractors supporting landscape maintenance and fellow Disney requirement throughout the Resort Area.

·      Provide quality control support throughout early planting as well as construction and commissioning.

·      Interpret landscape design intent and make maintenance decisions that reinforce and enhance the design intent.

·      Communicate and support event well with other departments

·      Complete other assignments as deemed appropriate by the Team manager/Senior Manager

 

 

Desired Qualifications:

·      College degree or above (Landscaping/Horticulture related field preferred) or significant experience in landscape maintenance

·      More than 5 years of experience working in Landscaping and Horticulture maintenance work in a large scale landscape environment

·      3 years above Experience working in a supervisory/leadership role

·      Solid experience in Landscaping/Horticulture maintenance practices, Familiar with common horticulture plants in East China

·      Have experience in a large scale landscape environment or project

·      Keep up to date on the latest Landscaping/Horticulture technologies

·      Demonstrated problem solving skills, as well as continuous improvement process skills.

·      Ability to use and train in the use of typical tools and equipment used in Landscape/Horticulture maintenance activities

·      Able to develop reports, accurately report information, and deliver projects on time.

·      Ability to interact with various levels within the company. (Frontlines maintenance Staff, Support Staff, Managers, Engineers, etc.),can also coordinate and collaborate with colleagues from other departments to drive project completion

·      Strong computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)

·      Basic knowledge of horticultural pest control and automatic irrigation

·      Familiar with the relevant laws, regulations and industry standards for horticulture, landscaping, and pest management

·      Perform custody and maintenance of departmental assets, such as various tools, equipment, and materials

·      Good written and verbal communication skills (Bilingual in English and Chinese preferred)

·      Available to work Sunday through Saturday, all shifts (i.e., 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift) as deemed required by management

·      Available to work on holidays
