职位介绍：

作为迪士尼餐饮部的助理平面设计师，您需要遵循资深平面设计师的指导，为菜单、印刷品及餐饮产品设计概念提供全面的设计支持。您的职责涵盖从概念开发、执行到文件准备、供应商协调及项目归档的完整设计流程。此职位的一个重要组成部分是支持视觉内容创作，包括参与拍摄计划与现场协助。

工作内容：

1.      菜单与印刷物料设计

·      负责日常菜单更新及季节性菜单重新设计项目

·      在资深设计师指导下，协助确定视觉方向并完成新菜单的设计开发

·      协助各类印刷宣传及运营物料的设计与制作

·      配合迪士尼演艺质量团队，完成餐饮部所有公共区域标牌指示系统的制作与落地

2.      产品设计支持:

·      与团队协作，参与餐饮产品（包括包装、一次性用品及纪念品）的概念开发与视觉设计

·      为产品设计方案创建设计效果图、提案板及可供生产的图稿

·      学习并应用适用于印刷及产品设计的不同制作工艺、材料及印刷技术知识

3.      视觉内容制作支持:

·      参与拍摄简报会，并协助前期制片后勤工作，如协调拍摄时间与场地

·      在拍摄期间提供现场支持，并负责最终图片素材的收集、整理与归档

4.      项目与品牌管理:

·      确保所有设计产出（菜单、印刷品及产品）始终符合迪士尼品牌标准、创意指南和质量要求

·      管理项目时间线，确保为市场活动、产品发布及项目及时交付设计作品

·      准备并提供最终设计文件可供供应商生产的制作文件

我们希望您：

·      平面设计、产品设计或相关专业本科及以上学历，具备至少1年相关设计经验。

·      拥有出色的专业作品集，能展示在平面设计、版式与字体排版方面的扎实技能；有产品或包装设计经验或浓厚兴趣者优先

·      熟练使用 Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) 及 Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)；具备3D建模或渲染软件（如Keyshot, Blender）基础知识者优先

·      具备出色的细节关注度、组织能力，以及能在快节奏环境中处理多项任务的能力

·      具备优秀的中英文口头及书面沟通能力

·      积极主动的团队合作者，拥有积极的态度、对创意工作的热情以及对餐饮行业的浓厚兴趣

Job Summary:

As an Associate Graphic Designer in the Disney Food and Beverage department, you will follow the guidance from the Senior Graphic Designer, provide comprehensive design support for menus, print materials, and F&B product design concepts. Your responsibilities encompass the entire design process from concept development and execution to file preparation, vendor coordination, and project archiving. A key part of this role involves supporting visual content creation, including participation in photoshoot planning and on-site assistance.

What You’ll Do:

1.      Menu & Print Design:

·      Responsible for daily menu updates and seasonal menu redesign projects.

·      Assist in determining visual direction and develop designs for new menus under the guidance of the senior designer.

·      Assist in the design and production of various printed marketing and operational materials.

·      Support the Disney Show Quality team in producing and implementing signage for all F&B public areas.

2.      Product Design Support:

·      Collaborate with the team to contribute to the concept development and visual design for F&B products, including packaging, disposables, and souvenirs.

·      Create design mock-ups, presentation boards, and production-ready artwork for product design proposals.

·      Learn and apply knowledge of different production processes, materials, and printing techniques applicable to both print and product design.

3.      Visual Content Production Support:

·      Participate in photoshoot briefings and assist in pre-production logistics, such as coordinating shoot schedules and locations.

·      Provide on-site support during photoshoots and be responsible for collecting, organizing, and archiving final image assets.

4.      Project & Brand Management:

·      Ensure all design outputs (for menus, print, and products) consistently meet Disney brand standards, creative guidelines, and quality expectations.

·      Manage project timelines to ensure timely delivery of design work for campaigns, product launches, and initiatives.

·      Prepare and finalize production-ready artwork for vendor handoff.

What To Bring:

·      Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Product Design, or a related field, with a minimum of 1 year of relevant design experience.

·      A strong professional portfolio demonstrating solid skills in graphic design, layout, and typography; experience or keen interest in product/packaging design is a plus.

·      Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); basic knowledge of 3D modeling or rendering software (e.g., Keyshot, Blender) is an advantage.

·      Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

·      Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Mandarin and English.

·      A collaborative team player with a positive attitude, a passion for creative work, and a strong interest in the Food & Beverage industry.
